The dogs and their smell and I’m allergic to dogs and i had to take allergy medicine my whole then the last night it was silver fish bugs on the bed and i couldn’t sleep and i had to buy bleacher cleaner to clean the bath tub

Great but replace carpeting, do not leave outdated channel lineup and Fix your breakfast menu!

Staff has always been wonderful! Wish the pool would stay open abit longer, but oh well! The room was clean, the bed comfy, and the price wasn't too bad for this time of year

You Folks used to provide a breakfast fit for Kings. This trip, there was a very big lack of variety for breakfast. No Sugar Free Syrup, only 4 apples for fruit (I can't eat them, and nothing else offered fruit wise.) And NO, I wasn't late for breakfast. I actually was one of the first ones at breakfast because I wanted an early start to finish my journey. And from what I understood, it wasn't because the food truck didn't arrive. I heard thru the grapevine that management is making the cuts! Well, CUT PUT CUTTING STUFF OUT! I have always had high praise for your facility, but not this time! P.S. Please replace the carpeting, especially on the stairs leading to the lobby! Also, please give us the instructions for the TV! I was unable to watch anything I was interested in, and no matter what I did, I got alot of "channel unavailable" I have mentioned this before

A happy customer!
Pros:

This facility was more than I expected. Very clean and the staff at the front service desk was friendly and very helpful. My room key wouldn't open the door. After 6 tries we were given an upgrade. The room was so nice. I highly recommend Country Inn!

Cons:

Не было стаканчика для зубных деток это очень напрягает в любом отеле. Неужели так сложно поставить пластик. Завтрак показался очень скудным.

Older property, but staff is top notch!
Pros:

The staff was amazing at this hotel! Anything we needed, they provided quickly (shower chair for my mom, extra towels, pillows). I would stay again based on the staff attentiveness alone. Location is convenient.

Cons:

Property is dated and needs upgraded carpets, paint and furnishings.
