Will not stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Location was extremely hard to find, we had to turn around 3 times to find it off the highway. Then the driveway was not marked, pitch black and we drove down a huge hill, passed it and had to back up in total darkness to find it. Three woman alone, it was a bit scary.

Cons:

The beds are awful, don’t understand how you charge so much for dilapidated old beds. We had to change rooms and they found us a room with one old bed and 1 newer bed. They all need replaced!

Hospitality and breakfast were great! The pool and rooms could use some improvements.

The extra sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
Ceiling pieces were falling into the pool.
The pool area smelled like mold.
The rooms felt stuffy.

Cons:

The load noise that was all throughout the hotel from other guests. And when staff was notified they said they just checked in they will quiet down soon. It lasted over 3 hours.

Very nice and beautiful accommodations! With staff willing to go above and beyond abilities
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Manager was very nice and accommodated us and went above and beyond her abilities to ensure we was able to stay in the room as guests.

Cons:

The breakfast was amazing it was a breakfast buffet you best say. The lobby with staircase was absolutely beautiful. The room was very nice and beautiful. We were so happy and comfortable with the room. The only bad thing was key cards kept not working 😕 we went from 3rd to 1st floor 3 times to finally get in the room after the 3rd time, but then the key cards kept on doing same thing over and over!
