My kids were threatened by one of the tenants here. Specifically, the tenant said he would beat and stalk my son. When i called the police to make a report the front office lady Theresa H had seen the tenant screaming and acting crazy, was aware we had notified authorities and knew we had been instructed by dispatch to wait there since the guy had went to his room. We didn't react to the guy besides my daughter crying. All we did was contact police and wait in our car.
This lady was clearly buddy buddy with the tenant and kept going back to talk to them. She decided to threaten to ban us from the property and mouthed off at my window while we were waiting for the police when they didn't show up fast enough.
Their tenant was the one that had come running up unprovoked and started screaming at my partner and kids making threats earlier, which is why we called the cops. Funny she didn't care about the tenant breaking disturbance policies but wanted to say something about us waiting for the cops. She came out twice more while I was on hold with 311 to update we were moving to the Dottys parking lot.
Despite her failed attempts to intimidate and prevent us from filing a police report against the tenant, we have filed the police report and I reported this to siegel corporate as well.
Office allows minors to be at the pool without adult supervision as well.
This has to be the weirdest hotel, it's supposed to be double occupancy and they only give you one set of towels, they're still using actual keys for the rooms ( even the most low budget hotel use key cards) there were no cups in the bathroom. For the price I paid I think I should get a refund or something because this hotel is pretty bad.. I definitely will not be staying here again and definitely will not be recommending it to anyone
The area around looked rundown. Hardly anything in the room. It looked dilapidated and bare. The floor was very dusty and dirty. It felt like I stayed in someone's garage that had a bed and a bathroom.
The pool is closed and the office hours are limited. The place was clean but needs updating.
I would absolutely stay again if traveling in the area. The room was clean, spacious, and updated with wood type flooring. Both mattresses appeared new and were very comfortable. Linens and towels were all clean and comfortable as well. There is a small kitchenette areas with a mini fridge, microwave, and table with chairs.
They were able to accommodate our after hours arrival and early check out times. Both Regina in the office and the courtesy night patrol man were very friendly and helpful when we had questions.
I was worried about other reviews, but we found the property to be quiet and didn’t have any smoke smell in the non-smoking room we rented.
Awesome front desk n super nice renovated room
Quite
Okay hotel, a little old. Could use updating.
Well they had to make a key for the room 1 and that it had one lock on the door. The bathroom was in poor condition and my car got hit in the parking lot the guy at the desk wasn’t friendly
Very friendly staff
Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms :) only suggestion would be add a coffee machine in the room.
There was a police situation when I arrived. A problem with a long term guest. It was a little unnerving at check in but otherwise the stay was fine.
I was using my rewards free night. Made the reservation. Was not told about deposit having to be paid up front. was called the day before my trip and told this info. Was never told before I reserved the room. Because of HOTELS.COM Error, I could not stay ther, thus loosing out on my free room. HOTELS.COM is a HOT MESS with all the EXTRA! I'm a Gold Member too! I'm about done with this company! Give me my room back!
misleading terrible place
No thrills motel, you get what you pay for. The rooms do have microwave and refrigerator and they are clean!
This is a fine place to stay if you are in North Las Vegas and need value-conscious accomodation. The units appear split between longer-term folks and short-term rentals, so it feels less like a hotel and more like a short-term apartment stay.
I had a basic Double room. It had everything I needed: beds w decent linens, a small table, dresser, microwave, fridge, and adequate bathroom facilities. No frills, but that was fine with me.
I also arrived late, so my check-in was remote, but that was a smooth and easy process. All standard check out, as well. Quick return of my deposit, easy overall.
There were a few slightly weaker spots: the bathroom paper roll was partially used when I arrived, with no spare. Had I stayed a bit longer, I would have considered getting my own, as I was working during the open office hours. The floors (no longer carpet, but now a nice vinyl plank) were a bit sticky and dirty in spots (hard to see w the eye, but bare soles and socks gave it away, so no ding on the place). The in-wall AC, while extremely effective in a record heat wave, was also a bit loud. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs might be a good move.
Overall, I got what I paid for, felt secure, and got the sleep I needed on my trip. This isn't the Ritz, but they make a good effort to provide good accomodation and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!
Stay inside at night
