Vi likte rommet. Sengene. Maten. Alt utenom dårlig service i resepsjonen på morningen. Les neste boble om hva vi ikke likte

Jeg er fornøyd med oppholdet utenom en vesentlig sak. Vi kom til resepsjonen og skulle betale for frokosten,men fikk beskjed at den var inkludert av ei snill dame i resepsjonen. Da vi stod opp og gikk ned i spisesalen stod vi på listen,men da vi sjekket ut tidlig..møtte vi en sur godt voksen mann. Han snakket ikke til oss. Var skikkelig bitter og sa vi skulle betale frokosten og vi prøvde si at vi hadde inkludert frokost,men han var bare gretten og sint og vi fikk ikke si forklart oss. Han bare pekte på betalingsterminalen. Det er ikke en opplevelse vi ønsker noengang igjen. Kommer ikke tilbake til dette hotellet når vi får så dårlig service 🙏

Pros:

beliggenhet er helt topp, så nær flyplass at du kan gå

Cons:

Vi hadde bestilt dobbeltrom og fikk enkeltrom, måtte vente lenge for å bytte. Bare en person på jobb, lang kø for innsjekk og utsjekk, lang kø for å bestille drikke i "puben" som ble betjent av samme person som gjorde innsjekk. Et par kunder bare gikk.
