Our restaurant and bar are temperately closed from 14th Nov 2021 till further notice.
Reception hours are Monday to Sunday and Public holidays 8 am-7 pm.
If you expect to arrive outside these hours you must inform the property in advance in order to arrange late check in and key collection. If you do not inform the property a late check in fee of NZD $50 may apply.
Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.
You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. For more information, please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that the dinner special option includes a free continental breakfast and a pre-set dinner menu.
The property will be renovating from 5 October 2022. (completion date subject to change).Renovation work will only be conducted during working hours on weekdays. People 2 years old and over stay for NZD 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Location accessible to the main city
The bathroom is not user-friendly to a person with a disability, you have no choice but to use the bath tub. Local house guests fight and scream at each other without consideration of their guests. Rooms looked out dated.

There was no sink in bathroom so had to wash hands in kitchen sink. Not ideal or hygienic.

Good experience for a 1 night stay. For a cheap price, i didn’t expect much, but the room was perfect. The staff were very welcoming & friendly.
A separate sink in the bathroom would be preferable. A sliding door as a front door made me feel less secure. I could hear the neighbours outside talking.
