Your staff is amazing!
Pros:

The hotel staff was extremely helpful with the bus shuttle by messaging ahead of time. Both Raina and Samon were wonderful ambassadors. The rooms that we stayed in (2 different nights) were wonderful and the bathroom was spacious. Would most certainly book again here.

This hotel was perfect for a stopover between flights. It was bright and clean, and there's a shuttle to/from the airport for 80kr. I did not use the facilities nor eat in the restaurant.

Cons:

Check-in was slow. It was mid-afternoon, so.perhaps it was a downtime for business.
