Service as cold as the rooms
Pros:

Woke up in the middle of the night with probably 15/16degC in the room. I called reception to figure out how the heating works. The person came out and 1] told me my room was warm enough (whilst wearing full winter clothing with a coat). 2] after fiddling around, told me they will send the maintenance guy, because the heating is not working. (Really?! In the middle of the night. No one before me complained). 3] when I said pls not now, she walked out, speaking in a diff language with a hell of an attitude.

Is it just me or did I just paid to sleep in a fridge? And getting a stinky attitude with that.

No apology. No empathy. No professionalism.

Unbelievable! Maybe try another establishment.

Gunstig pris, det første jeg sjekker når jeg trenger overnatting på Gardermoen.
Pros:

Comfort Hotel RunWay har en hyggelig pris, beliggende nær flyplassen. Jeg liker spesielt godt de gode sengene.

早餐还不错。距离机场比较近。

Cons:

房间是联通房，在预定的时候并没有说明，我们在入住以后才发现和隔壁房间有联通的门，感觉不太安全，隔音不好
