Not impressed for $300 for one night!
Pros:

That they allowed dogs. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I stayed at plenty of Holidays Inn this place was my least favorite. Property little out dated. Rooms and bath floors need to be replaced. Our room entry and bathroom had broken tiles we were afraid we were going to cut our feet and my dogs paws. They had spoiled creamer sitting in a kettle that they just keep refilling and never cleaning it out. Good thing I happen to opened it to smell the cream. I did that the first night we got there then in the morning. Still spoiled 🙁

Consumers Beware!
Pros:

Nothing! Horrible hotel, run down, poor conditions. My shower was broken, room was dirty, hotel was in complete disarray. I was traveling w family and our dog. The grass was so overgrown that I had to take her to the hotel nxt door to go potty...Do Better!!

Cons:

I paid an extremely high amount even though I was a member and there were holes in the walls, shower had holes. Air would never get below 70 and for 285.00 I’ll stay next door at the Hampton from now on and we come a lot to Columbia and bring a whole ball team.

Great location, would stay again!
Pros:

Location was great. Front desk staff was also great and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was what we needed for our stop between FL and OH.

Cons:

No other choice for beverage at breakfast except coffee as far as I noticed. The lobby area that had the couch also had boxes so the overall appearance was not the greatest.

FELT LIKE WE WERE AT HOME AND PART OF THE FAMILY
Pros:

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. THE STAFF ESPECIALLY MS. JOE AND SAM WERE AWESOME. HAD A MINOR ISSUE BUT THEY WERE VERY HAPPY TO HELP AND ACCOMMODATE US THROUGH THE REST OF OUR TIME THERE. DEFINITELY WILL RETURN ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO TENNESSEE. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID TO MAKE US FEEL WHOLE AND ENJOY OUR STAY!!! WE MISS YOU ALREADY MS. JOE

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. Tasted real bad. Was wondering if it was real food. Left and ate somewhere else. Meanwhile if a free breakfast is part of the cost of rental then please step up the game. Otherwise the cost of one night is too much.
