A beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, lovely food and an excellent location, right beside the gorgeous town square,

This was such a great hotel for the Mendoza part of our trip. Daily happy hour set the tone — and, obviously not on the hotel but always something you hope for, the other guests were all weirdly friendly and pleasant, which just added to the laid-back, calm vibe.

Rooms were spacious and super clean, and the staff were legitimately exceptional — welcoming, helpful, and always ready with a smile or recommendation. It’s the kind of place you remember not just for the comfort, but for the overall feel of it.

Really solid stay that gave us a relaxed home base in Lujan de Cuyo.

A fabulous boutique hotel. Lovely room with a balcony over the pool. Stunning setting and the food ( breakfast & dinner) was excellent.
We enjoyed the wine tasting each evening.

Lares De Chacras is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. The property is beautiful and clean with a variety of amenities such as two pools, gym, complimentary breakfast, wine cellar, tastings etc. The staff single handedly makes the experience incredible (thank you so much Jose, Gabriel, Camila, Juan, Agustina, and everyone else!) and the location is close to a bunch of restaurants, vineyards and stores. I can’t recommend this hotel enough - do yourself a favor and stay here if you are in Mendoza!

Rooms are very well appointed & larger than most hotels. Charming environment with lots of greenery, and friendly, helpful staff. Pool was a nice bonus and on-site restaurant better than many larger places in town. Complimentary breakfast with eggs to order was a very nice touch.

Everything, great staff, lovely garden, peaceful, location, food

Unfortunately our room didn’t have a terrace or balcony and only one chair so couldn’t relax in the room. The party noise on 1st night at 11pm was extremely loud but was quietened within half hour of complaining. Our last night bedtime was also disturbed by four ladies partying in the round pool.

Apart from noise everything else was great. The staff were superbly efficient and friendly. The food excellent and wine reasonable priced. The location brilliant just a few minutes walk into town and restaurant recommendations great.

Very lovely boutique hotel near the centre of Chacras de Coria co-located with an excellent restaurant and two pools (excellent in summer). Beautiful, unique property. We especially liked the breakfast, its wide array of choices and the wonderful attentiveness of Maria Luz. Mariana, Augustin and Xiemna also organised all our wines tours and transport. We wish we had stayed longer.

Lares de Chacras is the perfect place to stay in Mendoza and enjoy its wineries. This boutique hotel combines elegance and rustic charm. It's perfect for couples and/or groups of friends. The staff is top-notch. They are all very helpful and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. The restaurant offers a variety of exquisite options, from Argentine empanadas and steaks to pasta, desserts, and their house wines. I highly recommend it.

Hotel Lares de Chacras truly feels like an oasis tucked away in a quiet residential area of Mendoza. The property has just 10 spacious rooms in the main house, which creates a peaceful and intimate atmosphere.

Everything is extremely clean and well maintained. The service from the entire staff was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay.

The restaurant deserves special mention: the food was delicious, the portions were generous and the dinning service from Victoria and Camila was exceptional. Breakfast was included and offered a great start to each day. A wonderful touch is that they produce their own Malbec for their guests, and it was excellent. The daily early evening wine tastings were another highlight.

The main house has a beautiful country charm with wood beams, stone details, and hardwood floors. There are comfortable sitting areas inside by the fireplace and a lovely terrace overlooking a lush backyard and pool area. From the moment you enter the front door, you feel as though you’ve arrived at a unique mountain lodge.

A special shout to our front desk clerk Jose, who was constantly making sure that we were enjoying our stay.

We went for a late dinner and the staff was very friendly. The food and wine were excellent along with the atmosphere. Needed to ring the restaurant at the gate in order to get into the parking area.

Peaceful setting, relaxed atmosphere and beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. The room was so clean and very comfy. Breakfast included was lovely, good value for money. Complimentary wine tasting in the evenings was great to meet other guests. Easy to bike tour a few wineries from the hotel. Would highly recommend staying here, the service was excellent and staff so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing stay at Lares de Chacras. The hotel was in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and wineries within walking distance. The hotel also allows you to rent bicycles during your stay to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms were well appointed and all staff members were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Juan for all of his help and recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

This is a lovely boutique hotel. The setting is gorgeous and it has a small but beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds and shades all around as well as lots of trees and plants. Each room has an outside space and the rooms are well equipped with coffee/tea making facilities and hairdryer. There is a fabulous restaurant and a wine tasting every evening with wine from their own vineyard.
