Convenient location, friendly staff, could improve cleanliness, and upgrade pillows.
Pros:

Front desk attendant at check in, late evening, 1030ish, was very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Tub drained very slowly leaving a very dirty shower curtain at the bottom. This was concerning as I needed to do antiseptic shower for surgery. Pillows were less than comfortable.

I will recommend this place in a heartbeat
Pros:

I was 3/13-3/15/2026, the staff very friendly and nice to us , answer all my questions, and gave me very warm welcome. Breakfast was excellent especially the cinnamon rolls. The beds were comfortable also they cleaned my room for the next day also gave me extra towels for my grandson.

I had a room

Cons:

I was there to spend time with my grandchildren, I chose this hotel based on the indoor pool. The remodel going on closed the pool, the house keeper that gave me a hard time about getting towels saying I would have to pay for extra towels and wash clothes, when I was staying in a room that sleeps 6 yet had four towels two wash clothes. I booked this rooms two months in advance, if I had known about the renovations I would have canceled and stayed elsewhere.

Helaas niet wat we hadden verwacht !

Kamer was schoon en voor ons kwa locatie perfect

Cons:

Ten eerste jammer dat de hotel midden in een renovatie zit. Waardoor het heel rommelig uitzag. Dan heb je de zwembad die biet bruikbaar was. Terwijl ermee geadverteerd werd. Dan was er dat de lift niet meer werkte. Ontbijt was karig.

Excellent stay
Pros:

It was a last minute booking, close to the ski center. It was a great deal. Room was clean, with all hotel amenities. The staff was very welcoming, starting with the check in, the lady in the breakfast area was very nice too, including the check out.
