I didn’t have a problem. Well no I take that back. When I got there they gave me the wrong room. But other than that I was great. They also fixed the problem so it was cool

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, which is the most important thing to me.

Breakfast was not great. TV had 2 remotes with no instructions how to use. (The front desk was very helpful with this) Also, the IHG WIFI option did not appear on my phone initially.

Beautiful dining room with complimentary breakfast and plenty of room to eat there with intruding on other guests. Very clean and the staff were very attentive to keeping the breakfast well stocked!

Facility/ staff/room fine, but disturbance was scary.

There were loud noises of people fighting and doors slamming. it sounded violent. I tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room, and I could get it to work. Finally I used my cell phone and contacted them. A short time later, it was quiet.

Loved this hotel.
Pros:

Stayed for a nearby wedding. Outstandingly clean and cozy. Excellent fresh hot breakfast. Comfy beds. Very modern. Ground fresh hot coffee in the lobby.

Pros:

The staff was very good and friendly. It was really convenient to the area we were going to. The coffee was excellent The room was mostly clean and comfortable The A/C worked really well. I liked the shades on the window. Now let's move on to the next question.

Cons:

First of all the refrigerator had moldy stinky food still in it in two separate containers that housekeeping had never cleaned out which made me wonder what else they had skipped on. I did not think the breakfast was all that good. Not a great variety my wife however liked the chocolate muffin and the eggs.
