close proximity to I-10 interstate

Cons:

musty odor/smell in hallways and in our room when first arriving...but the room was deodorized immediately and got the a/c up and running to cool things off.

Pros:

Price was very reasonable. Staff accommodated my request for a ground floor room.

Cons:

Floor was dirty. Trash can under sink was full. The pet charge of $50 is outrageous and the amount of it is not mentioned on the web site or in the reservation process. Most of the staff was surly and unfriendly.
