It was a great stay and for the price it is wonderful. Clean rooms and great location and access to restaurants.
Pros:

It’s quiet and close to many restaurants. I love the laundry is free. The front desk is super nice and courteous.

Cons:

I stayed for 2 weeks one person above me was very loud. But nothing excessive. Everything else was perfect.

close proximity to I-10 interstate

Cons:

musty odor/smell in hallways and in our room when first arriving...but the room was deodorized immediately and got the a/c up and running to cool things off.
