Nightclub underneath could not sleep it was that loud! They offered ear plugs what joke!! Never staying there again for the price
Room size was great with good views from our corner room.
Never seen lines so long at check-in. Waited for a phone call or text saying our room was ready and it never came. Wandered back to check in and even the express line was huge. Also, no soap in the dispensers and when it was requested it didn't arrive until 9:30pm! The staff member also didn't bring enough supplies, so disappeared to get another dispenser and just left it at our door without telling us. Not really 5 star luxury or service.

Bed very comfortable Pool area great
We only spent one night here as a Midweek break. The room and view were great. 26th floor was very quite and close to the Pool and Gym. Loved the Pool, and the Spa & Steam Room in the Change rooms was fantastic. The Gym was nice also with great views like the Pool. Staff were helpful also. Mr.Hives for Breakfast was much bigger inside than it seems as goes far behind the Bar frontage, pleasantly surprised as had my reservations.
A lot of Kids in the pool early but fine after 8pm. Breakfast isn't cheap, but it is nice.

I got to spend two nights to myself, the hotel was confortable and I was able to starfish in my big fluffy bed.

No smart tv and 20 bucks each to watch a movie. Curtain was broken on arrival and we had to use our own hair clips to prevent everyone from seeing in
