Hotel registration and check in is available only to guests who are not prohibited from entering the hotel, are 18 years of age or over, and are recorded on the reservation at the time of booking. A lovely size room
We were disappointed that we didn’t receive a bottle of wine
Loved the location, loved the pool, loved the bed, loved the food
It felt like we were just a number, not a valid guest. We advise it was our anniversary, we didn't even get a happy anniversary, or even a cheap bottle of wine or even a note saying happy anniversary on it like you do everywhere else,we did request if you can do a little something on the time of the booking so was a little disappointing.
The view
No USB chargers, pillows terrible, no fans in bathroom, lighting in bathroom terrible, no biscuits for tea or coffee. Not what you expect from a $1000 room.
