Perfect location, my room has amazing view on burj khalifa, very clean and tidy room. You can walk to Dubai mall.

Cons:

I wish they let the customer to park his car by him self, sometimes it take time for the valet driver to bring your crar.

Staff amazing and polite,
Pros:

We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff work incredibly hard to make every guest feel comfortable and welcome, and their professionalism and kindness really stood out.

A special thank you to Rustam at Starbucks, who made our drinks with great care and was always polite, friendly, and attentive.

We would also like to thank Jaipur and Toutiq Dhirays in the restaurant. They were extremely accommodating at breakfast, always welcoming, and so easy to talk to. Their excellent service made our mornings even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the whole team for making our stay such a memorable experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Overall, a good place to stay with an excellent location and good value for money.
Pros:

We stayed here during our trip to Dubai and overall had a very good experience.

The apartment is spacious, well-lit, clean, and conveniently located. Dubai Mall, the fountains, and Downtown Dubai are all within walking distance, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and responsive.

The only issue we had was with the washing machine, which was not working properly when we arrived. However, after we reported it, the problem was fixed quite quickly.

Cons:

One thing I didn't appreciate was the pricing policy for extending the stay. I originally booked through Booking.com and got a great rate. When I asked the hotel directly about extending my stay, I was quoted a price that was exactly twice as high as the rate available on Booking.com that same day. Because of that, I would definitely recommend booking through Booking rather than directly with the property.
