Absolut hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal ! Top Lage Alles füßläufig erreichbar 24h Rezeption
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war in jeder Lage absolut hilfsbereit, hat sich um alle Fragen und Probleme gekümmert UND behoben. Wir haben uns gerade in der Iran Krise sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt ! Konnten unser Zimmer wegen des Krieges und der damit verbunden gecancelten Flüge zu sehr moderaten Preisen von Tag zu Tag verlängern, bis wir ausreisen konnten. Die 24h Rezeption war gerade in dieser Zeit sehr hilfreich, da man "nie verloren war". Eine angenehme Sache war die, dass ständig Taxis vor dem Hotel gestanden sind und so sämtliche Unternehmungen sofort losgehen konnten. Bei den günstigen Taxipreisen haben wir komplett auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel verzichtet, obwohl dies eigentlich ganz anders geplant war. Dies hat uns natürlich einen hohen Zeitaufwand, um an die Metro oder den Bus zu gehen, erspart. Tolle einheimische Restaurants , der Burj Khalifa, die Dubai Mall mit vielen verschiedensten Restaurants etc. ist in einem 10min Fußweg, der allein schon eine Attraktion ist, zu erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage war das Hotel und dessen Umgebung sehr ruhig und entspannt. Das was man gehört hat, war der eine oder andere Anschuß einer aus dem Iran angeflogenen Drohne. Sonst sehr ruhig. Das Restaurent, das Gym oder den pool haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das Zimmer wurde stets top saubergemacht, Trinkwasser täglich aufgefüllt. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass das Hotel im absoluten Zentrum uns so einen ruhigen, angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt bieten würde! Unser Zimmer Nr. 1903 war riesig, mit einem Balkon einer großen Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig mit seperatem WC und 2 Zugangstüren zum Schlafzimmer und Gang. Es gab bei unsrem Aufenthalt im Ramada downtown keine Situation, in der uns nicht geholfen oder sich nicht um uns gekümmert wurde. ALLES richtig toll ! Danke dafür. Bei einem nochmaligen Dubaibesuch würde ich das Ramada wieder buchen, ohne mich noch anderweitig umzuschauen ! Danke und weiter so !

Pros:

Чудесен хотел, любезен персонал, изключетелна локация. Препоръчвам го с 2 ръце.

Cons:

Предплатихме за 3 нощувки, поради военното положение в страната, не знаехме колко ще останем. Още първия ден, няколко часа след настаняването ни, се наложи спешно да напуснем. Извикаха ни на извънреден евакуационен полет, с който се прибрахме. Свързах се с хотела, за да помоля, да ни възстановят поне част от сумата. За съжаление, не срещнахме разбиране, въпреки извънредното положение в страната, не ни възстановиха част от сумата.

Pros:

Hotel was excellent Location was excellent close to Mall etc
Breakfast was good

Cons:

We booked a downtown view studio with balcony and when we arrived we got asked if we wanted to upgrade
We declined but our room had no balcony but we had Burj Khalifa view so confused as to whether we got upgraded

Pros:

Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε απίστευτη τοποθεσία, 10-13 λεπτά από συντριβάνια, Burj Khalifa, mall
Οι εγκαταστάσεις καθαρες, τα γεύματα προσεγμένα σε πολύ προσιτές τιμές,και μεγάλη ποικιλία
Το προσωπικό ευχάριστο και πρόθυμο να σε βοηθήσει σε ό,τι και αν ζητούσες
Βέβαια θα πρέπει να κάνω μια αναφορά ειδικά στον Κύριο Chan ο οποίος ήταν εκεί και «ελυνε» όποιο πρόβλημα και αν παρουσιαζόταν με Ευγενία και επαγγελματισμό
Και μια δεύτερη αναφορά στον Κύριο Maduka ο οποίος ήταν δίπλα μας σε όλη τη διαμονή με ευγενια, χαμόγελο και ηρεμία
Δεδομένης της κατάστασης ότι είμασταν στο Dubai σε περίοδο «πολέμου» κύλισε η διαμονή μας όσο πιο ομαλά γινόταν με τους ανθρώπους εκεί να είναι άρτια καταρτισμένοι στο τι πρέπει να κάνουμε για να είμαστε ασφαλείς
Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι φύγαμε και αφήσαμε πίσω φίλους!!!
Εις το επανιδείν !!!!!

A localização é excelente! Nossa acomodação foi muito satisfatória. Era um apartamento completo, grande, confortável e bonito. Tem uma vista maravilhosa do Burj Khalifa e do show das fontes. O café da manhã é muito farto, com muitas opções.

A truly luxurious stay in a perfect central location

I travel quite a lot and I have honestly never experienced such kind and professional staff anywhere else. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly polite, helpful and genuinely attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. I felt very well taken care of during my entire stay. A big compliment to the whole team!
