Amazing location , the hotel itself little bit old but very kind staff :)
Pros:

Hotel location is close to Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa as well( it’s about 3-5 minutes by car) .
The location is perfect .
Hotel staff are very kind, rooms are big.
Everything was perfect except the bathroom (there was a lot of water coming on the floor every day).

Also on the way to the breakfast area(my family and I notice that there was not nice smell which the need to care about )

Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement, à deux pas des fontaines et du Dubai mall, la chambre qui était magnifique, spacieuse, le personnel vraiment sympathique, toujours bienveillant et aux petits soins.
Il y a même des navettes qui vous emmène à Dubai, mall ou au métro.

Cons:

J’ai beaucoup moins aimé le petit déjeuner dans un premier temps, manque de variété, mais surtout le plus gros point négatif, c’est la salle du petit déjeuner elle est minuscule ont se marche les uns sur les autres, on est obligé de partager une table de deux pour trois personnes!!! la queue pour prendre un café. Bref dommage car le petit déjeuner, pour moi c’est important.

Прекрасное местоположение, очень просторный номер, замечательная и удобная кровать.

Cons:

Отель позиционирует себя как 5*, на самом деле с натяжкой можно дать только 4*. Завтраки хорошие, ужин ужасный. В ресторане нет кондиционеров, поэтому поставили чиллеры, которые очень шумят и просто гонят воздух. Все овощи, салаты и фрукты на буфете тёплые от жары.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, der leider viel zu kurz war
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich traumhaft. Wir sind kostenlos upgegraded worden und haben sogar ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Burj Khalifa bekommen. Personal superfreundlich, 10 Min. zu Fuß zur Dubai Mall und zu der Wassershow. Waren leider nur 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise, aber war wirklich gigantisch. Hatten eine ganze Wohnung und für den Preis wirklich der Wahnsinn.

Es war alles super!

Очень понравилась коллега на ресепшн, сложное имя на букву К… (не запомнил). Она подобрала отличный номер, выше классом за ту же цену, обьяснила все моменты по локации, услугам (жим, бассейн и как оптимальнее попасть в знаковые места Дубая

Cons:

Оплата в день заезда, а документы в день выезда. Я забыл о необходимости забрать официальный счет об оплате, а другой ресепшионист не подстраховал. Пришлось мне возвращаться на такси с пол-дороги

Unmatched Hospitality & Perfect Location – A Memorable Stay!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived with our 4 heavy check-in bags, the staff was extremely helpful, making sure all our luggage was promptly taken care of and delivered to our room. A special mention goes to the wonderful breakfast team—the chef was exceptionally kind, offering to prepare fresh Indian breakfast items like crisp dosas and soft idlis separately for us every morning throughout our stay. My family truly appreciated that personal touch!

To make things even better, we were generously given a complimentary room upgrade with an incredible view of the Dubai Fountain, which made our stay truly unforgettable. The hospitality here is genuinely next-level.

The location is unbeatable—The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are both within easy walking distance. On top of that, the swimming pool was spotless and well-maintained; our kids absolute loved spending time there!

Thank you to the entire team for making our short trip so special. We will definitely be returning!

بصراحة اللوبي متواضع بس الغرفه جدا جميلة ونظيفة والاستقبال جدا راقيه ومحترمين وبخصوصن ماري كريس طيبه وتساعد حببتني بلفندق. والنظافه والاستقبال كلهم ممتازين

طلبت سويت ام علي عطوني ب كرتون بدون الصحن استغربت من الطلب. ب المطعم اللي بطابق 2 أكلهم نظيف بس طريقه تقديمهم ماعجبني
