Pros:

The location is excellent. The hotel is managed very well so all of the different departments provide the level of service as should be expected. Management is hands on as well. The rooms have been refreshed and for example the rooms have C type usb cable docks. Views are excellent. I will definitely be going back there - feels like back in the day - a hotel that appreciates you as a guest!

Остановились в Ramada Downtown Dubai и ни разу не пожалели о выборе. С первых минут чувствуется хорошее отношение к гостям — на ресепшене нас встретили Marycrise и Hawazen, всё объяснили, помогли и были очень доброжелательны.
Отель находится в отличном месте, вид из номера просто отличный. Сам номер просторный, чистый, приятно находиться. До этого жили в других отелях, но здесь уровень сервиса оказался заметно выше.
В ресторане тоже всё было на уровне — Ibrahim и Maryann всегда внимательны и готовы помочь.
Отдельно хочу поблагодарить Мистера Салама, менеджера, за поддержку и отношение — редко встретишь такой подход. В итоге решили продлить проживание ещё на 15 дней.
Отель однозначно стоит своих денег, можем смело рекомендовать другим гостям.

Good location, good cleaning, nice view. Good pool, but cold for kids

Cons:

annoying unpleasant staff in lobby and restaurant, drab breakfasts, poor dinners. Old rooms and equipment in it.
