Pros:

Size of the room and my accomodation, staff was friendly and accommodating. Place was super central. Spineys is 24 hrs open and right next door which is super convenient.

Cons:

Fitness center was missing some basics such as Mats, gym ball stretching tube/bands etc.
Cleaning was not spik and span and rushed in most days. Lobby is very basic in its interior compared to the rooms provided and location. It should be upgraded. Freezer wasn't working, fridge didn't close all the way. Phone wire kept going off the hook on its own throughout the trip.

Fountains view
Pros:

Loved the view. The 1 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and cozy. I liked having a kitchen to cook some meals. I liked having a small supermarket next door to the hotel. Loved the breakfast.

Cons:

I didn't realize during the booking that the one bedroom apartments don't have a view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. I ended up switching to a toom without balcony that had the perfect view. I wasn't sure why the windows didn't open when there are balconies all throughout. I also didn't like the fact that there's no direct access to the fountains from the hotel. People need to walk for about 10 minutes to get to the fountains.

first of all , all staff in this hotel are exceptionally pleasant , they treated me like family and this means alot to me. Marw, Vishnu and Maduka i sincerely appreciate you.
The hotel itself is well located and has very spacious rooms and good facilities.
