Cons:

They gave our room to another family and gave us the keys to said room and we walked in to a mother and child sleeping in the bed and jumping out of bed to us walking in because they double booked said room and didn’t get any compensation for the events that occurred and quite frankly find it discussing to be put in that position and nothing be done to correct their mistake!!!!

Overall a pleasant place to stay
Pros:

Staff were warm and welcoming. Very courteous and always greeted us coming and going each day. Service was excellent. Breakfast was prepared and hot for self serving. Efficient. Fresh towels each day.
