Super clean great staff!
WiFi didn’t work great
The room was very clean. Breakfast was available as well. Great location if you need to be in the Spring Hill area of Florida. Restaurant within walking distance.
The mattress on my bed was terrible. It was lopsided and very uncomfortable.

Rooms are quaint for an older property, but also, VERY Clean. Exceeded our expectations!
Room was great for my mom due to her limited mobility.
The breakfast wasn't great. On the 2 mornings it was sausage gravy, bagels, biscuits, muffins, ice cold hard boiled eggs, cold cereals, apples, oranges and yogurt. But I guess something is better than nothing.
The hotel is in a great location, the staff is very friendly, and the property looks clean and well-maintained overall. The price is very fair.
The breakfast was very disappointing and definitely needs improvement. There was no water available, not even something as basic as a bottle of ketchup, and the selection was extremely limited. There was also no variety of bread at all—only bagels.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the attitude of the staff member working in the breakfast area. She came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, and it was difficult to see any effort to make guests feel comfortable.
For a hotel in such a good location, I expected a much better breakfast experience and a more welcoming level of service.
