Rooms were very clean and nice.

Cons:

Construction was happening and we werent aware so we heard it constantly, the pool was off limits due to construction, housekeeping never came by after we were told they would be by daily, 1 elevator was down so there was always a wait to get on it, on our last night the fire alarm was set off at 4 am by an employee who set something on fire in the kitchen, we had to evacuate and no one but the employee who started the fire, came outside to speak to us.

Not going back.
Pros:

Location. Price.

Cons:

Only two elevators for whole building (including service)and one was broken the entire time. AND the only working elevator broke down twice in one day. Very dangerous to not have any elevator. Also, no room safe. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pool out of service.

The area close to everything

Cons:

The staff. Pressure of the water in the tub. 1 elevator tore up so you have to wait almost 10minutes on 1 elevator. The beds is hard!

The staff was frustrated, not clean, it was $200 more than the other hotel we found

The whole computer system was shutdown for hours and we waited over 5 hrs to check in which we could not and had to find another hotel at 10 pm at night on a busy soccer tournament weekend
