Paid additional for parking? Thats ridiculous. The bed was hard and the room was hot. Breakfast was not good at all.

Pros:

Selection of menu was great. Different items each day. Staff in cafe were exception. Also a very kind staff/man helped us with our luggage during departure. Rooms were comfortable.

Cons:

The refrigerator in my room did not work. Maintenance staff came and just noted it was not plugged in. He plugged it in and we later noticed that it was still not working. Took 2 days to get a new one. Our food had to be thrown out. No offer for assistance. It was finally replaced. Staff left dirty rags from work in the middle of room floor.

Called number to reserve rooms due to emergency situation that brought us to Savannah. Direct call rates were double the amount of third party booking. The hotel was not close to capacity. Highly disappointed that Hilton properties would quote such extreme rates at midnight.

Pros:

Location was great and easy to get to historic Savannah and riverfront. Breakfast had great variety and was delicious. Many restaurants nearby as well.

Cons:

The air conditioning was too cold while it was on and too warm when it clicked off.

It was sufficient for a good nights sleep.
Pros:

The staff was nice, breakfast is good, clean room

Cons:

We were not made aware of the pool being closed and we had paid for the week in advance so the cancellation fee was tremendous through booking. The smaller kids were beyond disappointed being that the pool is the only part of the trip they care about.

Rooms were very clean and nice.

Cons:

Construction was happening and we werent aware so we heard it constantly, the pool was off limits due to construction, housekeeping never came by after we were told they would be by daily, 1 elevator was down so there was always a wait to get on it, on our last night the fire alarm was set off at 4 am by an employee who set something on fire in the kitchen, we had to evacuate and no one but the employee who started the fire, came outside to speak to us.

Not going back.
Pros:

Location. Price.

Cons:

Only two elevators for whole building (including service)and one was broken the entire time. AND the only working elevator broke down twice in one day. Very dangerous to not have any elevator. Also, no room safe. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pool out of service.

Cons:

The staff. Pressure of the water in the tub. 1 elevator tore up so you have to wait almost 10minutes on 1 elevator. The beds is hard!
