Comfortable and reliable.
Pros:

Your hotel is located close to several things we need, so we stay regularly when in Savannah. The staff is helpful and friendly and the quality is consistent.

Cons:

$25 a day incidental fee was a surprise...not mentioned in the confirmation emails. Room rate, taxes and parking noted, but incidental fee was definitely a surprise.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The staff seemed like they hated their jobs, everyone we encountered at the front desk had a terrible attitude like they did not want to be there. The laundry lady was phenomenal and kind though.

Made reservation for downtown and they put my location here instead of in the historic District. Refused to correct it.
