Good location. Comfortable bed.
Dirty floor - my socks got very dirty walking on the floor.
Large white refrigerator had many rust spots on sides and top.
No hair dryer in the hotel.
No toilet paper holder in bathroom.
No coffee maker.
Ceiling light in bedroom blinked on and off.

Worst experience I have had with a booking.com hotel. It had a 8.5 rating but 2.5 is more accurate.
Location and price
Was more of a residential accommodation. Loud and busy on the weekend late into night. One incident with a resident became unruly and police were called

The parking lot is very small. They do not have breakfast and you have to pay the wash your clothes.

There was no breakfast. We were across the road from a Chick-fil-A and so we ate there.
The bed was made tightly, military style.
There was plenty of room. The kitchen area was ok.
There were 2 tv's, but the one in the living area didn't work. The floor appeared clean but was slick and slippery. One of the dresser drawers was broken and unusable. Worst of all, there was an aroma that hit you in the face when you entered the room; it permeated everything we brought into the room. We could still smell it on our belongings 3 days later. The resident manager was not rude but didn't seem friendly; she got rid of me quickly when I interrupted her conversation with two housekeepers to check out. She did not offer me a printed receipt.
The manager was super nice and she even offered her personal iron for me to borrow to iron my clothes. The mattress was very comfy as well.
So many things. There was nothing in the room to use, no coffee maker, no cups, just three glasses and a small pan. The carpet felt dirty and the comforter on the bed looked like a moving blanket. The room itself was in bad shape, patches on the walls, bare light bulbs on the ceiling, dirt in the corners, discolored walls and baseboards. But the worst part was the noise. The walls are thin and people were blaring their TVs and talking until 3am. I don’t mind that we needed to bring our own shampoo and hair dryer, but when they say bring your own coffee, they mean bring your own equipment to make coffee as well. I don’t know how this place has so many positive reviews, but don’t believe them. It’s not a place you want to stay unless you don’t have another option.
The manager was extremely friendly and considerate. I told her I would definitely be back again.
The cleanliness and the suite had everything we needed I didn’t need to ask for any other accommodations.
Terrific location- close to downtown. Rooms were quiet. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. While I only used the microwave and fridge- the room had a kitchenette with a few plates, pots, utensils. There were televisions in both living and bedroom areas. Wi-fi was OK- but free. The manager was really helpful. I checked in very late and she assisted me, even came to the room to show me how to work the remotes.
The property is older and could use a spruce up. Little things, like lampshades are stained/ torn and TV remote batteries fall out.
A few lightbulbs were burnt out- the bathroom very dim. But housekeeping gave me more bulbs once I requested.
