To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Desayuno: muy bueno. De todo. Muy generoso.
Ubicación: Tremenda, frente al lago y al volcán Osorno.
Restaurante: cenamos dos veces. Muy sabrosos los platos y excelente la atención de los mozos.
No nos gusto que el baño no tuviera bidet. Argentinos y uruguayos, usamos mucho el bidet para higienizarnos. Sabemos que en Europa se usa poco o no se usa, pero deben tener en cuenta la cultura de los americanos también.

A recepção de check in, as instalações e o café da manhã estava muito bom.
A recepcionista do check out não informou corretamente as instruções de pagamento, nos fez realizar um pagamento com imposto, sendo que a reserva estava no meu nome (Brasil). Infelizmente nos decepciono e nos fez gastar um dinheiro sem programação por falta de explicação do pagamento já realizado.

Comodidad de las instalaciones, se modernizaron bastante, eso sí un día estuvimos en espera para una mesa del desayuno, tienen que ampliar ese este espacio!!
Deben cambiar las toallas diarias si o si aunque como huéspedes no las dejemos en el suelo!

Café da manhã fraco. Omelete ruim com muito leite ou creme, suco de laranja de caixinha gosto ruim, não tinha croissant, queijo só prato.

Sobre la habitación 618 se escuchaba el ruido de las personas que usaban el gimnasio o cuando hacía el aseo. En las mañana era muy molesto y no te permite descansar.

Esta vez no salía agua suficientemente caliente al ducharse en la mañana. Extrañe el cantante en el living durante la noche, no me gusto la iluminación poco acogedora que ahora hay el living y la falta de una chimenea real. El living estaba antes mejor decorado. También el desayuno ya no tiene esa variedad que había antes en el Cumbres
