To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Mucho ruido en las piezas.
Great location with lovely lake view. Very tasteful lounge / restaurant / bar which all give great views of the lake. The room was large, spotlessly clean, very comfortable large bed and good pillows ensured a good nights sleep. The staff were all very friendly.
Good gym and, spa with steam room and sauna.
The food in the restaurant was very good, although there are many restaurants and cafes within a short walk as it’s only a few minutes from the centre.
Only a minor point, as it was okay, but the breakfast offering was a rather limited and not quite up to the overall standard of the hotel.
It was clean, comfortable, a long breakfast time, and very helpful staff.
The hotel is a nice property located on the hills above the lake. Great views from our room! The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff were fantastic.
The furniture and decor were a bit worn and dated.
Good location, spacious room and the staff were helpful. It was pretty quiet, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Bike hire is free, subject to availability. If you like eating cake for breakfast then you'll think it's great - would have liked more hot food options, and what was available was not consistent, on one day there were no yogurts, on another day no croissants.
This is now the second time on my stay in Chile that a Wyndham hotel website has had incorrect information on it - there is no hot tub here and no steam room. There is a sauna (2 to be precise), and a small indoor pool which was not very warm at all, and not big enough to swim in. Both had to be booked in advance to be able to be used. The advertised hot tub was one of the reasons I booked this hotel so that was quite frustrating.

Location and ambiance
The Reception staff were extremely helpful. I liked it as a pleasant walking distance from the CBD which gave me the chance for a little exercise. There was a wonderful selection of breakfast items which was included in the nightly rate. The views from the dining room were beautiful. Midday checkout extremely helpful.
