To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Cocktelería muy buena y ricas cosas para acompañar el aperitivo.
Una señora nos atendió el sábado por la tarde noche, muy seria, no atenta, por no decir que caía en la mala educación...una lástima, me nos mal que se fue y así cuando quisimos algo mas del bar, nos atendió un joven, muy atento y simpático.
El desayuno no estuvo tan rico como en septiembre, se acababan los huevos revueltos y no se repusieron el domingo, faltó un poco de variedad en cosas dulces y no repetirse lo mismo los tres días
Todo, nos gustó todo de este bello hotel, vista espectacular, ambiente acogedor , habitaciones amplias y limpias , siempre nos tenían café y té de cortesía , cambio de toallas a diario, el personal muy atento , el desayuno excelente todo muy grato , volveremos sin duda alguna

Colchon y Cama. El cochon muy blando, Despertaba con dolor de espalda, ademas se veia el BoxSpring, no tenia el faldon para tapar la parte baja de la cama, esteticamente no estaba correcto
Good location. The view on the lake and volcanoes. Very friendly and supportive staff, especially at the reception. Spacious and very clean rooms.

Mal aprovechado lo bien ubicado y lo lindo, mala experiencia, piscina hermosa, pero con agua fría, se ofrece estacionamiento, pero no hay suficientes y personal envía a estacionar a la calle con actitud desafiante “hay 90 piezas, no puede haber estacionamiento para todos”, desayuno con poca variedad y muy pequeño espacio para la cantidad de personas
Habitaciones muy cómodas y excelente ubicación. Desayuno muy completo y personal súper cordial.
Cenamos una noche en el restaurant del hotel y creo que la comida, aunque no era mala, pudo ser mejor para los precios que cobran.

Si hay algo que podría sugerir sería actualizar la decoración de las piezas y sacar la alfombra ya que es cada vez menos higiénico.
