Pros:

Hotel spettacolare. Vista mozzafiato sul lago e sui vulcani, sia dalle camere che dalla sala colazione/bar. Camere belle, grandi e pulite.

Wyndham was a pleasant surprise

Location, amenities, good value, spacious room

Cons:

When I was messaging the hotel via the Booking.com app re: airport transfer there was miscommunication with the people I dealt with. The first person thought I needed to leave the hotel at 10am instead of I needed to be at the airport at 10am. The second person said the time was changed to 9:15am and yet when I checked in, the pickup time was still scheduled for 10am.

Pros:

Sehr sauber, geschmackvolles Ambiente, sehr aufmerksame, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist super, aber manche Zimmer haben nur seitlichen Seeblick. Große, saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Pool war etwas klein. Das Abendessen sehr fantasielos angerichtet.
