El hotel tiene una ubicación estupenda! Aparte de tener mucha historia y mantenerla, los servicios ofrecidos son excelentes. Personal amistoso, desayunos deliciosos, habitación super cómoda con vistas hermosas.

Pros:

Limpieza de las habitaciones, amabilidad del personal, ubicación excelente puedes llegar caminando al centro y pasear por la costanera. La vista es realmente hermosa y el desayuno muy bueno!

Cons:

Lo escogimos por la piscina temporada sin saber que tiene restricción de uso de 1 hora diaria.

Ein Hotel und ein schöner Ort, wo wir wieder zurückkehren würden.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einer super Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Localizacao, receptividade, estacionamento, vista dos quartos para o lago.
Tivemos um problema com a bateria do carro alugado que descarregou e prontamente uma funcionaria nos ajudou e se prontificou a chamar um carro para fazer uma chupeta, super rapido, resolveu o problema e conseguimos sair em seguida.

Cons:

Cafe da manha bom mas o espaco é um pouco pequeno havendo a necessidade de reservar um horario.

Tudo tem que ser agendado inclusive o café da manhã nao consegui utilizar a academia nem a piscina!
O hotel disponibiliza as diárias através da plataforma do BOOKING só o tratamento quando você compra pelo o BOOKING é diferente..... nos colocaram no pior quarto simplesmente nao podíamos abrir as cortinas porque tem um café do hotel que as pessoas veem dentro do quarto bem como as pessoas que passam na rua HORRIVEL isto .
Quando pensa que ja esta ruim ainda piora se você como eu viaja de MOTO nao va a este local . As 22 h horas me contactaram para mover a moto da vaga porque queriam colocar um veículo na vaga como assim ???????
No segundo dia pedi para mudar de quarto nao fui atendido me disseram que hotel estava lotado OQUE NEM ESTAVA COM 20% ....
