Tudo tem que ser agendado inclusive o café da manhã nao consegui utilizar a academia nem a piscina!
O hotel disponibiliza as diárias através da plataforma do BOOKING só o tratamento quando você compra pelo o BOOKING é diferente..... nos colocaram no pior quarto simplesmente nao podíamos abrir as cortinas porque tem um café do hotel que as pessoas veem dentro do quarto bem como as pessoas que passam na rua HORRIVEL isto .
Quando pensa que ja esta ruim ainda piora se você como eu viaja de MOTO nao va a este local . As 22 h horas me contactaram para mover a moto da vaga porque queriam colocar um veículo na vaga como assim ???????
No segundo dia pedi para mudar de quarto nao fui atendido me disseram que hotel estava lotado OQUE NEM ESTAVA COM 20% ....

No fue lo esperado... importante potencial del hotel que no han sabido aprovechar.

restaurant por el servicio entregado por los garzones, siempre buscando una buena atención y solución.

Cons:

habitación no estaba en condiciones de recibirnos, el cable no funcionada, y el baño tampoco. Demasiado calor en la habitación de día y de noche, sin aire acondicionado. Escasa coordinación en los estacionamientos, teníamos que salir del hotel 5am y había un auto impidiendo que saliéramos, el equipo del hotel intenta resolver, el dueño del auto muy molesto les dijo que no iba a mover su auto. Posteriormente se consiguieron las llaves de otro auto, y tuvimos que moverlo nosotros, porque el trabajador del hotel, dijo que él no lo iba a mover :( Tuvimos que asumir una responsabilidad que no nos compete. Finalmente, eso demoro nuestra salida del auto, teniendo que apresurar nuestro camino hacia el aeropuerto.

Your breakfast is pre-booked, so that you have a specific time to be at the restaurant, which is annoying.
The heater in my room stopped working through the night, so I woke up in a cold room.
