El mejor hotel en Puerto Varas
Pros:

Las instalaciones, la limpieza, el desayuno y la ubicación… genial. Ademas, contempla dispensador de agua caliente y helada de cortesía.

En la recepción había dejado agendado un transfer para el aeropuerto a las 5:45 am, pero resulta que el chico de recepción no había agendado nada y no reservó los desayunos, por ende nos quedamos sin desayuno.

Beautiful hotel with personality and great view of Osorno volcano
Pros:

Beautiful room with fantastic view of the Osorno volcano. Friendly and helpful staff. Great lunch restaurant. Cozy communal areas. Loved the fire in the fireplace in the morning. Fantastic to have hot water available 24 hours for those of us who need coffee/tea early morning and have instant coffee/tea bags with us (would be great if this was offered by the hotel).

Cons:

Parking lot was tight. Breakfast was a bit sad, but that is the norm at all the hotels we have stayed at in the region. We appreciated that there was at least sliced tomatoes!

Pros:

Everything was to our liking - great location near the centre and with wonderful views to the Osorno volcano. The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast was the best on our Chile trip. The staff were super helpful. We had to cut short our stay due to a family illness and the hotel kindly refunded the unused night despite us not asking for.

Cons:

All was good.

El trato sobre todo en los desayunos de la encargada era pésimo. Y muy agresiva. Para ser un hotel de precio alto la calidad y el desayuno eran de hotel básico .

Yo fui por trabajo, y esta vez probé este hotel y realmente para el precio me esperaba otro servicio y sobre todo otro trato. A veces una sonrisa o un gesto de amabilidad te mejoran el día .

Un hotel hermoso, pero que su servicio y atención al huésped carece de mucho.

La atención y comida del restaurant. La cordialidad de las personas que nos atendieron, muy acogedores y de buena disposición. Siempre buscando atendernos de la mejor manera y dar solución.

Cons:

La atención en el hall por lo general era muy seca, cortante y con escasa forma de buscar solución o al menos mostrar interés. Falta cordialidad y atención al huésped.
La temperatura de la habituación fue realmente desagradable, sin posibilidad de contar con aire acondicionado, lo que nos hizo pasar muy malas noches. Además, de no contar con TV cuando llegamos y un baño que no funcionaba, esa fue la recepción al llegar al hotel. Cuando salimos check out, fue muy temprano por la mañana y no podíamos sacar el auto, porque desde recepción no contemplaron eso, menos mal salimos con un margen de tiempo para que pudieran resolver cómo mover el auto que nos estaba impidiendo salir. Creo que esos temas logísticos demuestra la escasa proactividad del personal, teniendo que nuevamente nosotros empatizar con lo ocurrido.
Un hotel hermoso desde su estructura, decoración y que entrega señales claras de su tinte sureño, que cobija, pero con una atención que carece de todo eso.

El hotel es grande y bonito, pero los espacios comunes pequeños, por lo que hay que anotarse en horario de desayuno, piscina y gimnasio. El ambiente de gimnasio y psicina es el mismo, ojalá estuvieran separados para que el espacio de ejercicio tenga una temperatura más. Se agradecería una inversión para aumentar las áreas comunes. El resto excelente

Me encantó el hotel, pero no la habitación.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y la calidez del hotel. Un día nos tocó lluvia e inmediatamente prendieron la chimenea. También destaco el restaurante y el bar. Ambos con buena comida y muy buena atención. Llevamos naipes para jugar y nunca sentimos que nos apuraran para irnos. La piscina es chica, pero súper agradable. Y un punto extra: tienen una sala para teletrabajar que se puede reservar para trabajar tranquila.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue la habitación (105). Está en un primer piso y aunque está frente al lago, justo en la ventana hay estacionamientos. De los 7 días que estuve al menos 3 hubo una casa rodante enorme estacionada afuera que nos tapó toda la vista. Aunque no hubiera autos afuera, si subes la cortina te ve la gente que pasa caminando y las que están en el bar. Me desilusionó, porque fui al hotel por la vista. Pedí cambio, pero ya estaba todo ocupado. Me pareció que la habitación y toda esa ala es la parte vieja del hotel. Tiene alfombra y los clósets no tienen ningún cajón. Sólo me gustó la cama.
