Lovely. Pay extra and book a Lake View room.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent — you’re within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. I highly recommend paying a little extra for a Lake View room; waking up to panoramic views of the lake and volcanoes was unforgettable. The room itself was huge, very spacious, and spotless. The bathroom was smaller but perfectly fine, and having a fridge was convenient. Complimentary water is provided on the first day, and you can refill bottles at the water dispenser in the lobby. I stayed here in winter, and the hotel was wonderfully warm and cosy. Some reviewers mentioned street noise, but I didn’t experience any issues. All staff were super friendly, polite, and very helpful — and they speak English. A complimentary breakfast buffet was included, featuring mostly pastries along with cereals, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, juices, and other items. It would be nice to have fresh juices instead of sugary ones, and boiled eggs were only available on one of the four mornings. Still, I was lucky to always get a window table, making breakfast with a lake view a highlight. Wi‑Fi was painfully slow in the rooms, though faster in the lobby. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Albergo sporco abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera perché sl 7 piano non funzionava il riscaldamento e non arrivava l'acqua. Pavimento sporco ,tutto vecchio e poco efficiente.personale scarsamente formato e non in grado di gestire la struttura.la spa viene gestita in modo anomalo, con clienti che prenotano la sauna per un'ora e la piscina solo per l'ora.albergo da evitare.

Ya nos habíamos hospedado hace 4 años atrás con mi pareja y ahora que repetimos el viaje a Puerto Varas sí o sí queríamos quedarnos en este hotel. Tiene muy buena ubicación, es bellísimo, y las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. Nos encanta la piscina temperada con vistas al lago! Aparte el desayuno es muy rico, con harta variedad de frutas, distintos tipos de pan y cosas dulces.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos a la habitación, se les había olvidado poner el dispensador de jabón en el baño, pero avisamos y lo fueron a reponer inmediatamente. También, una de las veces que fuimos a la piscina, no estaba el personal encargado de la recepción para entregarnos las toallas y gorros.
Durante la estadía puedes canjear un sour de cortesía, que con mi pareja no canjeamos porque no bebemos alcohol. Quizás sería bueno tener alguna alternativa en esos casos, para poder disfrutar también del bar!
