Cons:

Pedi un transfer al aeropuerto y llego media hora mas tarde!! eso no puede suceder!! Me senti muy desprotegida.

Chambre avec vue sur le lac mais située au rez de chaussée.Les promeneurs de la balade du bord du lac plongeaient dans la chambre.

La ubicación inmejorable, puedes pasear a pie por el centro de P. Varas e ir a distintos rrstaurantes, tiendas y ferias.
La vista desxe la habitación es hermosa.
Camas y almohadas cómodas.
El desayuno bastante bueno y variado.
Tenía siempre estacionamiento, a pesar de que por la página decía 'según disponibilidad", pero no tuvimos ningún problema para estacionar el auto.

Cons:

Uso muy restringido de la piscina, había que reservar y muchas veces no había cupo. Daban 2 cupos por habitación, nosotros somos 3... eso no me gustó.
Las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, por lo tatanto había que dormir con la ventana abierta, y nuestra habitación quedó justo donde se realizaba la carga y descarda, en la madrugada, por lo tanto una noche dormí pésimo.
El personal del bar no era muy amable.

Vista privilegiada.
Pros:

El personal muy amable, buenas instalaciones. Una vista privilegiada frente al lago.
Desayuno exquisito y también tiene un restaurant con buena gastronomía.

Cons:

El precio. Pero en Chile hacer turismo sale bastante caro, así que no queda otra que pagar.

Cons:

We had the room just in top of the hotel Restaurant and we woke up at 2am because of carpinters working on the floor with a graiding machine. After we complained and because they were unwilling to do the works during daytime, we were given another room to sleep for one night. Staff was helpfull finding a solution but this could be easily avoided with proper planning and communication. If works must be done during the night then the hotel should not make that room available to any guests.

Old fashioned bathroom with not enough light.
