Very clean & comfortable, right next to the airport.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the room/property were so clean! Very comfortable bed! I was travelling alone and left the hotel at 4am for an early flight. I felt completely safe walking to my car and was only 5 minutes from the airport. I will be travelling through this area again later in the year and plan to stay again.

Pros:

The office staff were really friendly. The room was excellent beds were comfortable, room was clean and it was quiet. Didn't here any traffic. Would absolutely stay here again!

Didn’t stay, too risky.
Pros:

We had lunch with friends and when they heard where we were staying they gasped and said NO! Drugs and prostitution is the reputation of that hotel. We let the Royal Inn know that we were not going to make it to our reservation and we booked a better hotel. We ate at room charge. 😞

The bad reputation of drugs and prostitution.

The manager was polite and helpful. I would stay again if there were similar few other options.
Pros:

The location was a couple miles from the airport, which made the early morning flight easy. The room was recently renovated and clean.

Cons:

We could hear the room next door, as the walls seemed to not prevent their TV and movement. The cost of the basic room was premium, especially for a clean, but basic set up.

Just ok.

Cons:

I've stayed in nice hotels in London, Paris, Prague, Stockholm, New York .....
I've never paid $365 a night at any cities in this country or in Europe. I know the NCAA Track and Field was going on but this was a Motel 6 class motel. Highway robbery at its finest.

Staff was excellent - friendly, helpful and very nice
Pros:

Left to early for breakfast and didn’t know it was available

Cons:

Would have liked to have ice available - ice tray on freezer in room but it was empty.

Its a comfortable, affordable, and quiet hotel.
Pros:

Area was quiet, felt safe, and staff was friendly. Somehow it was consistently magically 8 minutes from everywhere I was going.

Cons:

Can't think of anything!

Good place and they keep improving
Pros:

Booked last minute and was quick and easy. They offer dove soap in shampoo

Cons:

Floors were really slippery in bathroom and they didn’t have anti slip bath mat
