Pros:

Že sme mali krátky pobyt v hoteli.

Cons:

Katastrofa, cudzie spodné prádlo na izbe hneď z príchodu plus prístelka navyše ktorá zaberala zbytočne miesto a vobec sme ju nepotrebovali ani sme si ju nezarezervovali, žehličky obsadené a nedokázal to personál vyriešiť a ani službu ponúknuť ktorá by to zabezpečila a este k tomu sme si museli zakúpiť novú žehličku aby sme sa dokázali pripraviť a odísť z hotela.

Very good value, excellent connections
Pros:

Hotel is very well connected to major highways, very close to BTS international airport and public transport. There´s a huge shopping mall 5 min walk from the hotel, plus grocery stores, fastfoods and various stores. Hotel spa is renovated, clean and excellent.

Cons:

Reception staff was not very professional - information at checkin was incomplete or incorrect. Same at checkout, we did not even hear the obligatory: Thank you, please come again, good bye! However, service in the Lobby Bar was very good.

Comfy, modern, clean, nice wellness area, easy public transport access, shopping mall across the street, close to the airport
