Recepción inexistente y servicio decepcionante

Me gustó la cama y que hubiera aire acondicionado

Cons:

El horario de la recepción indicaba que los sábados estaba abierta hasta las 19:00. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos a las 17:45 no había nadie. Además, la recepción del hotel nos había enviado un mensaje a través de Booking diciendo que la recepción estaría disponible hasta las 19.00.

Tuvimos que llamar a varios números franceses para poder acceder al alojamiento, lo que nos supondrá un coste adicional por llamadas internacionales. Durante toda la estancia solo vimos personal en recepción durante el horario del desayuno; el resto del tiempo no había nadie.

Afortunadamente, el último día comentamos el problema con una persona de recepción y, como compensación, no nos cobraron la tasa turística (6,60 €), un gesto que agradecemos.

Por otro lado, la habitación era bastante básica, sin ningún detalle destacable, y únicamente nos proporcionaron dos toallas para toda la estancia.

En general, la experiencia estuvo por debajo de lo esperado, principalmente por la falta de atención y la ausencia de personal en recepción durante el horario anunciado.

Pros:

Petit appartement bien équipé, hôtel un peu vieillot et clientèle bruyante (groupes). Petit déjeuner correct, sauf le weekend, c'est chaotique.

Séjour mitigé
Pros:

L'accueil était tout a fait correct, la personne est agréable et souriante.
Le studio est spacieux, la literie confortable.

Cons:

En revanche la personne en charge du petit déjeuner était a la limite du désagréable, je lui indique poliment qu’il n’y a plus de jus multifruits elle fait bien comprendre que cela l'embête, une personne a mal refermé le couvercle d’une boite ayant des éléments frais type yaourt elle l’a refermé violemment en soufflant. Je trouve cela dommage.
L'établissement se veut non fumeur, mais l’odeur en entrant dans le studio etait pourtant bien présent. N'était pas fumeuse c’était assez gênant, malgré la chaleur et le bruit de la route j’ai préféré dormir la fenêtre ouverte pour tenter de moins ressentir cette odeur.
L'insonorisation est casi inexistante et malheureusement, j’ai eu un voisin au dessus de ma chambre qui vers 3/4h du matin a semble t-il déménager chaises, valises....la nuit fut interrompu a plusieurs reprise par ces nuisances et ceux malgré des bouchons d'oreilles...
Également une renovation de la douche me semble nécessaire.
