Pros:

Room was very nice! The front desk staff was awful. We called ahead, let them know our flight was delayed and that we would be arriving late. When we got there, no one to be found. We called the phone, it just kept ringing. Called out for help, no response. After over 10 mins someone finally came out of what looked like her break and was soooo rude to us.

The staff there was fantastic! Super friendly and welcoming! 10/10 would go again. I’m terrible with names, and I wished I could remember the name of the lady who checked us in because she was great!

Jerry was very nice at check in. Was always greeted when walking in/out. Only question is about housekeeping…on multi night stays is there no housekeeping during the days? No one came to my room and checked towels or made bed. Was a little disappointed to come back after a long day and see the unmade bed.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT EXCEPT THE BREAKFAST. THAT FOOD WAS FAKE. THE EGGS GET CHOPPED UP TO LOOK LIKE SCRAMBLED EGGS. A PREMADE OMLER OUT A BOX, PAPER BACON, AND A HAM FAKE EGG AND CHESSE CROISSANT. THE OWNER SHOULD BE EMBARRASED TO SERVE SUCH TRASH. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK BECAUSE OF THE BREAKFAST.

Pros:

It took them 25 mins to check us in. Because the girl up front dint know what to do it was odd

Then the hall way we saw a roach , the room was very dusty and the people above us was very noisy so we dint sleep well. Not to mention. 3 Wemon were outside standing out front smoking marijuana at eye front of the entrance and I had to walk through that

I always choose Marriott hotels this one was a huge disappointment
