Pros:

Close to Merdeka 118 (for an event). That's all.

Cons:

Floor feels sandy, room not soundproof. Breakfast is so-so (better Grab order). Parking is charged rm6. Need to pay deposit by cash (who bring cash nowadays?). No phone, no mini-fridge, no WiFi. Room lighting is dim & kids double decker has no light.

Location was good.

Cons:

Noisy. The rooms are not soundproof. The floor was sticky. The rooms were smaller than expected. For the amount charged, it was not worth it.
