Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Klimaanlage im Zimmer, defekter Safe wurde umgehend repariert

Except the few issues it was a nice and serene place.
Pros:

It was clean and the room was big and comfortable. I even given a cot for my daughter for free which is amazing.

Cons:

When I came in I had to wait for long cause no one was in the reception, they later explained it was a busy evening.The room was not cleaned the following day, apparently they said I should have put out the tag at the door to notify them to clean. Despite notifying them early noon about this they said their cleaner had already moved on and could not guarantee her coming to clean the room. Also, there were sculptures of gods in the entrance of the hotel. To be respectful of other people’s religion I don’t think this is a fair practice.

The Hotel is a little tired and needs a little TLC but otherwise is nice.
Pros:

Location was perfect for what we needed.

Cons:

Our bedroom was right by a fire door so was awake from 06.30 in the morning from people going through the door and it banging. No ideal.

A good stay in a clean smart hotel for a good price. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Dinner on Sunday night was great

Pre airport stay in Bournemouth
Pros:

The bedroom was spacious & comfortable. Very clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was lovely

Cons:

No slipmat in the bathroom although it was supposed to be in the cupboard in the bathroom. I asked reception for a slipmat as I can be a little unsteady. One was brought to our room while we were having breakfast but it was really dirty

Avoid this hotel as if you have problems they aren’t dealt with!!
Pros:

The hotel is in a good position for all attractions and the Pavilion which we were visiting in the evening. The staff were very amicable (except the Manager who we didn’t have contact with until 5 days after our disappointing stay) and the breakfast was very good.
On a negative and the reason for my low score is the shower which didn’t work and wasn’t repaired during our stay. It had just a jet coming out the middle as the other functions on the head were calcified and didn’t work. Using this jet flooded the bathroom. We were told maintenance would fix the problem but this never happened. We were offered to change room at 11 o’clock at night which was far too late!! We couldn’t get to speak the Manager until 5 days later and she was totally in denial that there was any problem. Because of this I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The attitude of the Manager is appalling which lets the rest of her team down.
Avoid this hotel!!!

One night stay - fine
Pros:

Nice receptionist and overall a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open and you have to pay for parking (£15) which seemed fairly expensive. I appreciate it is a city centre location though but still seems expensive.

It was okay place to stay, close to the main beach

Good hotel,

Cons:

Unfortunately we got a room without access to the lift. For a family traveling by train with a yearly baby and a pram it really was difficult to get through this
