clean room and lovely breakfast

A very clean room. The breakfast was very nice and also the same for the bar food.
The staff were very good/professional/ and courteous.
We will be back again.

Lovely quiet location, friendly staff, tidy room. Limited choice for dining but fine for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast, good choice and good value.
Perfect for our visit ti Cannon Hall farm.

The staff at Bagden Hall are absolutely outstanding in all respects. The food was very good, especially the high tea, and the many walking paths around the property make this location a true sanctuary.

Lovely location, large comfortable room. The service from the staff was excellent and helpful. The meals were very good. I did have to return a steak (gristle) which was replace immediately with an alternative meal. Will definitely go again for a short stay.

Lovely hotel and fantastic service from Will. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and incredible value. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Very nice place. If I had to fault it, the areas that could improved are cleanliness, general upkeep of the bathroom.
Other than this, there was a strong farm/dung smell emanating from the farm behind, which seemed to have treated/burnt something overnight which led to a strong burning smell overnight. This could just be during our visit though so please check other reviews.
Otherwise a brilliant place! Lovely lawns, ideal for a wedding etc. Would definitely recommend!

The area has great natural beauty. The room was overpriced for the facilities. Complaints about noise which woke me up and kept me awake was not addressed.

Lovely woodland setting; efficient and friendly staff; excellent evening meals. Clean and comfortable - more 'at home' than 'soulless corporate'.

This is a nice hotel but be aware it does not have the laundry services advertised and when you ask you get told you are on your own. This spoiled what would have been a very pleasant stay

No frills, but exactly what we needed with a family and dog - the grounds are lovely, even in wet weather.

Lovely little hotel. Delicious afternoon tea, staff all friendly and helpful. Lovely coean room and amenities. Nice walk around the grounds which are well kept and quaint

Staff and breakfast were great. Room in the main house was spacious but very tired - bathroom especially needs a revamp.
