À mon arrivée, on m'a dit que le petit-déjeuner était servi entre 4 h et 10 h. Je suis arrivé à 5 h 30 et je voulais prendre mon petit-déjeuner. Je me suis servi une assiette, mais quelqu'un est venu me dire que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas servi avant 6 h et que je pouvais me contenter du petit-déjeuner « rapide » (croissant, beignet, pomme, banane). J'aurais apprécié une communication plus claire, car si je réserve une chambre avec petit-déjeuner inclus, je m'attends à un vrai petit-déjeuner.

Pros:

It is quite accessible to the airport, the Rümlang train stop, and the grocery. The area is not busy, so walking around is very safe. I especially enjoyed the warm welcome of the staff. Breakfast buffet was also nice. Selection was very good.

Cons:

WiFi signal was not too good inside our room.

For our purpose the hotel was excellent with comfortable and quiet rooms. Nice staff, shuttle and good breakfast.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for the sole purpose of a night stop over between flights. The hotel was perfect. The facilities were clean and quiet. Modern suites. Staff very nice considering we arrived very late at night. Airport shuttle was great from and back to the airport. Included breakfast which was good quality.

Cons:

People smoking outside right at the entry door. While there is a sign stating no smoking there was a waste bin available for the cigarette butts. Bit annoying as guests had to walk through the smoke.

It was a great stay for a short layover was able to rest also it has a shuttle too to and from airport .
