Pros:

Overall a very good place to stay. Very close to the National Forest attractions. Staff will need translator to communicate. They can’t understand English but they are very helpful and friendly.

Special mention to the waitress Li Ping on our floor. She was very helpful and took care of use very well.

The room smells a little bit and a little out dated. The staff and service are pretty good. The view of the room is great though.

Reception is good especially Mr Charles Li
However there is still room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The hot and cold water is difficult to adjust. Room is dim and there is no proper place for makeup

Pros:

The hotel is a 5 stars one. The pool is not wow but make the work. The place is well maintained. One thing shocked to me is that they turn off the AC after 10 am aprox until 4 PM. Not sure if they do that in common areas to save electricity or what.. poor employees that need to work with all that heat.

Pros:

Mr.Xiao the lobby manager was so helpful , and had so many suggestions of how to best spend our time in 武陵源。
A very pleasant stay. High quality hotel, even if a little dated.
