Me apoyaron imprimiendo unas hojas que requería y me las llevaron a mi habitación; eso fue wow. Muy amables todos, como siempre, y atentos a mis necesidades. Gracias por su hospitalidad. Pedí de cenar muy fácilmente, me lo hicieron llegar muy pronto, amable, y pude facturar sin problemas.
Al llegar me asignaron una habitacion que no estaba limpia, estaba destendidas las camas y toallas en el piso, asi que baje y pedi un cambio y enseguida lo realizaron.
Muy amables desde que llegué, por la noche quise ver el salón que usaríamos al día siguiente y me mostraron muy amables todas las instalaciones, me canalizaron con quien me atendería la mañana siguiente. Solicité pasta de dientes para comprarla, y me la dieron de cortesía, un gran detalle que apoya mucho cuando olvidamos los artículos. :) Me guardaron mi maleta después de mi checkout para poder salir después, y me llevaron a la central de autobuses. Muchísimas gracias por todas las atenciones.

Me gustó la infraestructura del hotel, la amabilidad del personal, la habitación es grande y cómoda.
El desayuno es demasiado local, con pocas opciones para quienes somos extranjeros, las salas comunes no tenían aire acondicionado, por lo que no era cómodo desayunar.

El cuarto está bien pero los pasillos huelen mal
