La chambre, le petit déjeuner, l'emplacement et la beauté des lieux
l'ensemble du personnel sauf une.

Cons:

Aucune table à langer dans les sanitaires de l'établissement, que ce soit dans les chambres comme dans les sanitaires des communs ( par exemple celles donnant sur la cour intérieure).
J'ai trouvé intolérable qu'une employée me propose de changer la couche de mon bébé à même le sol dans les toilettes à notre arrivée de l'aéroport avec le petit exténué, dans l'attente du check in. Il a fallu que j'insiste pour au moins avoir une serviette de disponible pour apporter un peu de confort à mon bébé. Au prix que j'ai a payé chambres + extras et au niveau de service attendu d'un établissement pareil j'ai été très déçue sur ce point, cependant tout le reste était très bien.

Un palace historique avec peu de chambres pour un séjour au calme
Pros:

Le caractère du lieu historique, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de la literie, le petit déjeuner, l'accueil et le sens du service. L'hôtel n'est pas dans l'hyper centre historique, mais plutôt à 15 minutes à pied. De ce fait c'est très calme, il faut juste le savoir.

Cons:

je ne crois pas que cela puisse être amélioré, mais l'absence d'une piscine sur le roof top (il y a peu de place sur cette terrasse et le bac présent, tient plus d'une grande baignoire que d'un bassin) ; le fait que pour accéder à notre étage il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur, aussi utilisé pour le service, ce qui en réduit la disponibilité.

Exceptional in every way.
Pros:

Gorgeous room! Superb staff and attention to detail. Luxurious and every small accoutrement thought of. It is off the main area which we loved because it was about a 10 to 20 minute, walk to everything but quiet at night, just the swallows and parrots to listen to. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

That we could not stay longer.

Wonderful stay in Seville
Pros:

Stunning hotel, such beautiful historic place and the rooms were of a very high standard. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent, if I would say expensive for a city that is quite cheap to eat and drink out in. Roof top space is lovely to chill on at the end of the day - could use a bar even at certain times of the day rather than call room service but still worked well. Close enough to main parts of the city you are likely to visit, and lovely just to wander around the tight streets of the surrounding area. We would definitely consider staying here on our return to Seville.
