Wunderschön und fast wie in einem Märchen aus 1001 Nacht
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Beim Betreten des Gebäudes hat man fast das Gefühl in Marokko zu sein. Ein sehr schöner und gepflegter Palast.

Historical building with lots of charm
Pros:

The palace is beautiful amd we got upgraded to a suite which was magnificent. The bed was super comfortable and the decor very tasty.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved, it’s only a la carte and the plates are not 5 stars. The bathroom in our room was windowless and even with all lights on it was dark.

Bel hôtel, personnel accueillant mais pas très efficaces. Aucun ne parlait français.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très beau, le patio magnifique et la terrasse un plus.

Cons:

La piscine est toute petite. Nous étions dans la deuxième partie de l'hôtel, moins sympa. Le petit déjeuner est cher et pas qualitatif. Les massages au SPA sont chers et pas faits par des professionnelles, c'est honteux. Enfin, le personnel est souriant mais inefficace lorsqu'on leur demande quelque chose comme des réservations à des excursions : réponse pas de place sans chercher mieux donc il faut que l'on se débrouille tout seul.

While the hotel is situated in a tranquil and quiet area, it is slightly further from some landmarks, such as the river which is a 30 minute walk away. The main tourist buildings are a more manageable 15 minute stroll from the property, though the distance is worth noting for those who prefer to be in the immediate heart of the action. Fortunately, metered taxis are affordable and readily available for anyone looking to save time on their feet.

My second stay at this property. The services are impeccable The staff, the restaurant- exceptional.

Tutto bene, con qualche pecca!
Pros:

Struttura e camera molto bella. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile. La posizione è ottima per girare la città. Inoltre avendo molte camere libere ci hanno dato una camera del livello superiore. Gesto molto apprezzato.

Cons:

Lo scarico della doccia del bagno non funzionava bene e abbiamo chiesto l’intervento la mattina, ma purtroppo al rientro non è cambiato nulla, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare docce veloci per non allagare il bagno. In un hotel 5* non dovrebbe accadere. La colazione troppo costosa, anche rispetto all’organizzazione che hanno previsto, ossia solo servizio al tavolo.
