Everything! Loved the rooms, the hospitality and the beauty of the hotel.
This beautiful 18th century palace offers an effortless luxury experience, featuring exceptional rooms equipped with high-end amenities like GHD tools and Molton Brown products. The service is outstanding throughout, from the helpful concierge to the plentiful table service breakfast that caters to every preference. Situated in a tranquil area of the old town, the hotel provides a peaceful retreat with a stunning courtyard and a relaxing spa, making it the perfect place to unwind.
While the hotel is situated in a tranquil and quiet area, it is slightly further from some landmarks, such as the river which is a 30 minute walk away. The main tourist buildings are a more manageable 15 minute stroll from the property, though the distance is worth noting for those who prefer to be in the immediate heart of the action. Fortunately, metered taxis are affordable and readily available for anyone looking to save time on their feet.
Excellent staff
desayudo excelente
habitación con muy poca iluminación
My second stay at this property. The services are impeccable The staff, the restaurant- exceptional.
Jose, the manager is an outstanding professional that deals with stress with the right mindset.
The rooms and bathrooms need better lighting.

There is nothing to dislike!
Struttura e camera molto bella.
Mostly very lovely people working at the hotel, in a space that is a cool concept for Sevilla- not a typical hotel. Lots of rooms tucked away all over the hotel spaces. Nice cozy bar area. Good food! And a very nice sunny rooftop patio. A little out of the way from the crowds too.
The rooms we saw were very dark, a little drab, and at first we were given a subterranean room, it had steps down from the first floor. The bathroom smelled like sewage a bit and it was also super dark. We had to keep our windows closed since our room faced into the court and you could see directly in. The king bed was two beds placed together. The pool was more like a hot tub! It’s tiny. The gym is also quite small.
Very cosy hotel with a friendly staff and with a good location. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We had a good stay.
What a wonderful stay at Villapenes. The staff is amazingly attentive with genuine warmth. The hotel has a fabulous vibe with great modern rooms and charming public spaces. The bar and patio were delightful spots for a pre-dinner drink and breakfast was not to be missed.
The location is also fabulous, quiet street, but a short walk to all that the old town has to offer.
One of our new favorite hotels!
We had 2 rooms. Both were nice and big. One was too dark.
The breakfast was disappointing. It is expensive, EUR 38 and not even a buffet. The bar in winter is not very appealing.
