Fabulous experience!

Booked Cool Rooms after pivoting from a larger hotel chain and I am so glad I did What a magical place. The ambience is so special. The rooms are spacious, beds super comfy, amenities galore literally anything you could possibly need for your stay. Starr was wonderful Jesús was particulay helpful. Pretty courtyard and bar area. Truly lovely. We loved the location walkable to all. Las Setas, castle. Cathedral tons of restaurants. Highly reccomend.

Very happy we found this hotel
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Room has all modern amenities and was very clean. Couldn’t have found a better hotel. Previously walked out of Radisson Magdalena with rude and unhelpful staff.

Superb Seville - will be back.
Pros:

The staff - simply superb. Couldn’t fault them (if you tried) … right from arriving to leaving.
The quiet calm; from the courtyard to the roof terrace.

Beautiful hotel in quiet area of Sevilla city centre
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel
Lovely rooms
Very kind and engaging staff
Courtyard bar area was super nice
Gym, Sauna and Hammam nice as well
Quieter area which is away from most tourists but only 10 minute walk to the cathedral.

Best Hotel in Seville
Pros:

Great location in a quieter part of the city but in easy reach of the sights. Beautiful hotel. Not big, but the facilities are top notch and the staff could not be more helpful. Can’t recommend it enough. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Marvelous experience!
Pros:

The room 19 was Amazing and the floor of the restaurant is transparent so you can see the Roman ruin of the first century.
Lovely diner too.
The staff are very attentive!
Very central location to walk and see the palaces and churches

Great quality escape.
Pros:

Excellent quality hotel in a great location, ideal for couples wanting to explore Seville at your own pace with haven to come back to. Staff were friendly and really helpful booking trips and restaurants that were really great recommendations.

Amazing stay ! Highly recommend
Pros:

My daughter and I had an amazing stay . The hotel was beautiful , the rooms were beautiful , the food was really good , and the staff was so nice and so helpful . The spa was such a nice treat . We loved it so much we chose to stay at their sister hotel in Madrid .

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Beim Betreten des Gebäudes hat man fast das Gefühl in Marokko zu sein. Ein sehr schöner und gepflegter Palast.
