Location and generally clean
The sofa bed was not fit to sleep on. Feel metal bars through the mattress, at 1am ended up having to close the sofa bed and put mattress on the floor . Advised staff in the morning and they just shrugged shoulders as I handed them the key
Convenient for me ( just off the A 50) Was allocated an accessible room which was very welcome. The staff were very kind and helpful

It was ok for the price
The staff very super friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. The pub was brilliant. Tesco & McDonalds on doorstep.
The toliet in our room leaked (clean water) slightly.
Close to all amenities, wanted to go to Alton towers early so stayed here the night before.
Rooms were clean but very dated which is fine but the bed was without doubt the most uncomfortable bed I have ever "slept" in. Hardly slept a wink so no I wouldn't stay there again.
A bit disappointed i couldn't get a table but that just shows how popular it is so no complaints here,
Everything was to satisfaction
It's cheap and cheerful and has easy access to the A50 the restaurant has had a refurbishment but we didn't have time to try it
No Plug sockets by the beds to charge your phones and some high back chairs to sit in would be great

Friendly staff, good price, pub restaurant attached, good sized room, nice shower.
Stayed here a few times and some rooms feel a bit shabby. No plug points by the bed.

Extremely noisy, could hear all the traffic outside, uncomfortable sofa bed, the room stank so much that wr had to go and buy roomspray restaurant not open and not cutlery for food delivered to room, broken sink and plug and can see into the room through spy hole from outside. When looking through spyhole from outside room you could see my daughter in bed

Good size room, clean and with everything I needed for a short stay, friendly and helpful staff and easy check-in and out. Comfortable bed, helpful having restaurant on site and they can serve in your room too. Good price.
Room and en-suite was a little shabby, with fan noisy and the window let in a lot of noise from road outside, I am glad I brought ear plugs with me.
