Pros:

Très bel etablissement, propre, bon environnement, bons services.

Les deux seuls bemols, manque de prises pratique dans la chambre et on entend pas mal les autres chambres.

Établissement bien tenu avec son restaurant familial au rdc.
Chambre très propre mais attente de 5mn pour avoir de l’eau chaude, manque une bouilloire dans la chambre et une tv un peu plus grande pour le prix
Le restaurant, nous n’avons pas pu y dîner car complet
Le petit déjeuner était quand à lui très bien pour le prix

Très bon séjour, Hotel bien placé.
Pros:

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel de Chazes, bon accueil.
Petit déjeuner complet et repas du soir au restaurant au top.
A deux pas des pistes de ski (5 min en voiture).

Pros:

nous avons eu un problème de voiture et le personnel a pris part à nos ennuis
Nous voulions faire qq petites randonnées mais sans voiture pour l"approche c'était difficile ! le plomb du Cantal était à 5 h 20 , trop pour nous mais
la vue de notre chambre sur le plomb du cantal était très plaisante et le séjour à l'hôtel nous a laissé un bon souvenir, la cuisine était excellente...

Pros:

Hôtel simple mais confortable. Les chambres côté opposé à la route sont très calmes. Petit déjeuner simple. Restaurant très bien, très bon dîner et service impeccable et sympathique.
