Pros:

I liked the historic aspect and the efforts to show the old foundations through glass floors. My room was very quiet. There was a wedding party outside the hall from my room and I could not hear anything. I liked the large bathroom with bidet. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Cons:

My mattress was a bit too firm for a side sleeper, but that’s personal preference.

Haus mit historischer Atmosphäre in idealer Lage

Una estancia muy buena.
Habitación muy amplía, cómoda y con un armario perfecto para guardar todo.
Baño amplio y muy bien distribuido.
La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por Santiago sin tener que usar el coche, hicimos uso de la piscina y dimos una vuelta por dentro del hotel para conocer el convento, que siguen viviendo allí los Franciscanos que quedan, también pudimos conocer la iglesia

Cons:

Nos hubiese gustado quedarnos mas días para disfrutar mas del convento y sus instalaciones tan bien adaptadas al formato de hotel.

Best Staff Ever
Pros:

All of the staff that we dealt with were exceptional. Sandra (a dynamo ) got us checked in early and attended to our luggage and made sure all was good with the room. Olga too was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff too. San Francisco - I don't know what you do to your staff but you should bottle it and sell it to every other hotel.
Excellent,excellent. If anyone actually read my review please let them know.

Cons:

I probably would have liked a picture or two in the bedroom ( admittedly it was a convent so maybe that is the intention to keep in the historical context.

Очень красивый отель, в старинном здании. В день заезда бесплатно повысили категорию номера, что было очень кстати после финиша Камино, шикарный завтрак! Все было супер!
