Toilets dirty. Toilet paper all over the floor. Paper towels all over the floors . At 9 .am my wife asked for milk for her coffee the service person said no we clean up at 9 am

Welcoming and comfortable
Pros:

Always welcoming and in a great area ! I also like the staff ! Always extremely welcoming and helpful ! Sophie at breakfast is an absolute star always there to help always with a smile ! Lillie and Laura on the front desk are fantastic, I stay at the farmhouse regularly and I look forward to seeing their smiling faces and superb welcoming ! Both Laura and Lillie are extremely helpful and cannot do enough…. 10/10

Fine for an overnight stop
Pros:

Handy location for an overnight stop as we had just arrived on the ferry from France. Plenty of parking. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Great value cooked breakfast next morning.

Cons:

Rooms are very, very dated and in desperate need of some moderation. No air conditioning just a desk fan.

Would never stay again needs a total refurbishment. Need more staff .
Pros:

Plenty of parking

Cons:

Room was tired . Soda had hole in it.
Bathroom plug not working stains on ceiling.
Only 1 fan no air con.
No fridge even though it’s a superior room.
General toilets not clean .
Breakfast cold.

It was alright, not brilliant, not terrible.
Pros:

Convenient location, location good for our use, put on an early breakfast for good wood festival of speed attendees.

Cons:

Shower was broken, but did get fixed the same day which was good.
Hotel is a touch tired overall, could do with a refresh but served our needs for a base very well.

Adresse de dépannage qui reste correcte mais qui mériterait quelques ameliorations
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la taille de la chambre pour un hôtel de cette game. La pièce est un peu vieillotte, mais reste correcte. Le couchage est bien. Le stationnement est aisé devant l'établissement. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus, pris dans une salle agréable. La possibilité de dîner au pub est appréciable. L'accueil à la réception est sympathique.

Cons:

Pas de possibilité de prendre une douche tellement l'eau est bouillante. L'avertissement n'est pas suffisant, il faudrait réparer le mitigeur. La salle de bain est très usagée. La propreté de l'ensemble est moyenne.

Can honestly do better. But again, convinient location.

The location is very convinient

Cons:

Maintenance seems poor. Bathroom light was not working. Electric Jug was dirty. Small fan in the room on a hot night. Can really do better. Asked to change room and staff on reception said they were fully booked which I highly doubt.

Pros:

The whole Lodge and facilities where excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was brilliant. The room was clean, spacious, comfy beds which all made the stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and use again

Cons:

Couldn't find some of the channels on the tv that you would expect to be there
Could of done with a new shower head

Well located for Goodwood

Cons:

Very dated. Room dirty. Bathroom disgusting. Decorated in the 70s and not changed since.
Poorly ventilated- unbearably hot. Breakfast disgusting. Food available in pub attached not much better.

Goodwood location brilliant
Pros:

Great location for Goodwood. Restaurant onsite was easy after a long day. Food was pleasant. Staff friendly - bouncers off putting.

Cons:

No A/C in the room. Very VERY dated rooms. Bathroom yuk. However for a bed rest it’s totally pleasant and we’d stay again!
