Aunque llamé con algunos días de antelación, las plazas de parking ya estaban completas. Imposible aparcar a menos de 15 minutos andando

El emplazamiento.

El sábado montaron una fiesta en la terraza y acabó viniendo la policía a detener a uno en mitad de la recepción porque se habían estado pegando con el personal de seguridad a puñetazos y patadas. En un hotel… no sé qué tienen en la cabeza.
El domingo y el lunes había como 3 o 4 colegios ahí metidos. A las 23h de la noche del domingo había un griterío en el pasillo que impedía dormir y nadie le puso remedio, ni los profesores ni el personal del hotel. Desde las 18 de la tarde hasta las 22 de la noche en mi planta había como 20 niños de 14 años corriendo por el pasillo, aporreando las puertas, pegando portazos, gritando, corriendo, insultándose y los profesores no se responsabilizaron de nada, tuvimos que bajar 2 veces a recepción para que alguien pusiera orden en ese patio de colegio. Vergonzoso.
La ducha estaba atascada y se inundaba hasta los tobillos, el lavabo estaba atascado y se salía el agua por el sifón al lado del wc. No se puede hacer entrega de una habitación en esas condiciones.

Muy buen hotel en Sierra Nevada que superó nuestras expectativas
Pros:

Hotel con una ubicación excepcional y un precio muy competitivo comparado con otros alojamientos de Sierra Nevada. Destaco la comodidad de tener tienda de alquiler y venta de forfait en sus instalaciones. La habitación estaba muy bien, con una cama amplia y cómoda y unas vistas inmejorables. Además el restaurante tiene calidad.

Decent place, horrible city
Pros:

The staff is really welcoming no matter where they are: being reception, bar, restaurant. We stayed in the family suite, which comfortably accepts 6 people with 2 bathrooms, the ordeal is to get there. You need to take 2 elevators and walk quite a bit to find the second one. Dinner and breakfast are abundant and very generous with a variety of options.

Cons:

Our heating system doesn't turn off, which means we had to turn off the electricity entirely to cool off otherwise even naked no one would be able to sleep, after cracked opening the windows it still took 2 full hours to feel the temperature getting lower.
But that wasn't by far the worst part. No one tells you about the parking which makes you think twice of going to Sierra Nevada. The hotel didn't offer one because it was fully booked and since we parked on the street the ticket is 200euros. There's not a single spot or place available to park unless you want to go down hill for 15 minutes and then up again - this alone will make you consider getting fined.
Hotel also didn't care about the ice in front of their place so it's slippery because of the ice, quite dangerous and easy to fall down and injury yourself.
Inside the hotel the renting place is for skiing only so you need to go out and find a place to rent the proper clothing which will cost you about 20eur each.
All and all, not worthing coming back since the very city doesn't want tourists there and fines heavily those who find decent spots that won't block the traffic (this is them being nice to you, as the proper way to handle this is getting towed). So you guess it: if they're speedy in fine you why bother spending money there?
There's no proper signs or instructions on how to get to the attractions, it'll take you 50 min walking from the hotel to get to the park, but you need to ask around whether you're on the right path.

Pros:

Großartiges Frühstück und richtig gutes Abendessen, der Verleih ist direkt neben der Rezeption, der Wellnessbereich ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und der Jacuzzi war richtig schön warm - nicht nur lauwarm, wie man das öfters kennt. Forfaits, Equipment und auch Unterricht konnte ich problemlos vorab buchen und organisieren.
