Hotel tomado por adolescentes y niños de excursión
Cons:

La invasión insoportable de cientos de adolescentes y niños en excursión de fin de curso.
Tendrían que avisar, antes de contratar, cuales iban a ser las condiciones de la estancia. De haberlo sabido hubiera elegido otra opción.

Bastante regular, como un hostal
Pros:

El personal, y el buffet (desayuno y cena). Cama buena también

Cons:

No se puede regular la temperatura de la habitación. O pones la calefacción o la quitas. Muy sorprendente para mal, ya que es un hotel de 3 estrellas
Cierran el spa 4 días a la semana, lo cual no aparece ni en la web ni en ningún sitio. Nos dijeron que no habría problema al reservarlo y ha sido imposible, pues estaba cerrado
La habitación era bastante pequeña, pero lo han aprovechado para que se dispusiera de lo necesario
Las taquillas de los esquís eran ínfimas, metimos un par de esquís y un snowboard tras media hora intentando encajarlo todo
No había mini bar, lo cual nos ha sorprendido enormemente, al ser un hotel de 3 estrellas
No repetiría, la verdad. Para mí es como un hotel de 1 o como mucho 2 estrellas de Madrid o de Cataluña

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la atención de la entrada unas chicas muy amables te hacen sentir muy agusto

Cons:

El sitio del coche, para mí lo peor no poder aparcar en ningún sitio y encima muy caro el parking, cuando enrealidad está fuera… eso es lo peor deberían ya que es un hotel bastante bueno tener otra opción para aparcar.

No hay aislamiento acuático
Pros:

La atención del personal, la comida, y la limpieza.

Cons:

No hay aislamiento acuático, cualquier ruido que hagan arriba, al lado o debajo de la habitación se escucha demasiado en la habitación. No hay teléfono en la habitación para comunicarse con recepción.
