The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).

For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in una tripla luxury e l’unica cosa positiva della stanza erano i letti grandi e comodi.
Bello l’angolo della piscina esterna, anche se non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne.
Molto gentili, disponibili e cordiali sono stati solo ed unicamente i concierge (anche gli unici con cui puoi parlare in inglese).

Cons:

Moltissime cose. La dimensione della stanza, troppo piccola per poter aprire le valigie di tre persone. Sia la struttura dell’hotel che la stanza erano alquanto fatiscenti: tende, infissi, maniglie delle porte, sanitari, macchina del condizionare, balcone, moquette nei corridoi piena di macchie.
Colazione abbondante ma di poca qualità.
Pulizia generale assolutamente insufficiente e biancheria non pari al numero degli ospiti.
Personale alla reception apparentemente cordiale, ma soprattutto Lucas, nonostante fosse l’unico a parlare inglese, NON predisposto a risolvere gli innumerevoli problemi che abbiamo avuto.

The location was quite good, the staff is very polite and helpful in whatever we needed and we enjoyed the served breakfast that has good variety and is very tasty.

Cons:

The room was disappointing as it differed from the photos. Dark without any natural light practically, bad lighting and uncomfortable beds.

Estadia maravilhosa.
Pros:

Atendimento excelente. Cordialidade, tudo muito bom!
Toda vez que voltar a Foz do Iguaçu ficarei no Rafain. Muita gratidão pelo cuidado que os funcionários tem e muito satisfeita com a acomodação e alimentação do hotel.
