The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).

TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.

For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

O espelho do banheiro estava muito oxidado, água do chuveiro muito fraco, equipamento do lazer muito ruim, tipo raquetes do ping pong, aparelhos de musculação estava sem manutenção e limpeza. Apto 355 estava muito escuro na mesinha da penteadeira

Cons:

Da limpeza e do atendimento do recepcionista da noite. ( Mal humorado).

Estávamos conversando sobre a possibilidade de mAior segurança para os hóspedes, tendo em vista por duas vezes sermos abordados na porta do hotel por um usuário de droga.
A resposta do atendente foi : não podemos fazer nada por eles estão na rua de firma grosseira.

Em relação a limpeza , percebemos dos talheres e pratos usados, no período da manhã, ao fazerem a llimpeza, não levavam. Quando chegavamos dos passeios , ainda estavam no quarto.

Cons:

O apt., o ar não funcionou! Antes de sair para o passeio, informamos e quando retornamos o ar continuava sem funcionar! Precisei solicitar a troca de Apt. Fui atendida, porém no novo que me colocaram a tv não tinha todos os canais! Como não faço questão de TB, achei melhor ficar com o ar funcionando! Nem é crítica, só um feedback, Rafain é uma rede de nome, então essas pequenas coisas deveriam ser revistas! O ar pode quebrar? Pode! Porém aparentemente estava precisando de revisão.
