The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).
TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.
For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Estadia muito boa, que recomendo, principalmente, para quem procura independência de locomoção
Pros:

Ótima localização, perto de bares e restaurantes indicados. Café da manhã sortido e toda a equipe muito atenciosa. Conta com atendimento de uma agência de turismo o que facilita muito o acesso aos passeios disponíveis.

Pros:

Gostei da piscina, da cadeira de massagem e da educação dos funcionários.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não estava funcionando muito bem e a iluminação do quarto não era boa. Pois quando acende a luz acima do espelho, acende tbm a luz acima da cama. Luz forte que não consegue relaxar. Pedi uma tilápia com batata no almoço, veio tilápia com arroz. Não reclamamos na hora para não atrasar um compromisso. Também foi constatado que pegamos uma água no frigobar, porém não pegamos. Tive que assinar um documento dizendo que não pegamos a água. Um pouco constrangedor, por se tratar de apenas uma água. O cartão do quarto foi bloqueado várias vezes durante a estadia. E no café da manhã poderia ter iogurte natural sem açúcar. Mas no geral sou muito grata pelo atendimento e pelo atenção dos funcionários que fizeram o melhor para atender bem, hotel com muitos hóspedes.

ótimo atendimento, localizaçao, café da manhã. Piscina maravilhosa!

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto poderia ser mais aconchegante, com luz amarela e luzes indiretas + fracas (na cabeceira da cama), para ser confortável.

Pros:

O hotel fica bem próximo de vários restaurantes bem conceituados na cidade. Fica em frente a um ponto de taxi e farmácia 24hr. O quarto é bem espaçoso

Cons:

O quarto apesar de bem espaçoso o acesso ao banheiro tinha um batente super alto.
É relativamente distante dos principais pontos turísticos mas nada relevante. Algo em torno de 20/25 de carro.

Parfait !!
Pros:

Hôtel très propre, situé dans le centre donc facile pour aller manger ou faire des courses, prendre le bus… le personnel est vraiment très gentil on a pu profiter de la piscine bien après notre Check out avant de prendre l’avion , ils sont aux petits soins , vraiment top

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est la climatisation qui fait un sacré bruit mais avec des boules quies on n’entend plus rien :)
