The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).

TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.

For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Aanbovolen hotel voor bezoek watervallen.
Pros:

Hotel met zeer gunstige ligging ten opzichte van eetgelegenheden, supermarkten en watervallen. Prachtig verwarmd zwembad en terras. Zeer uitgebreid en smaakvol ontbijt. Transfer naar hotel vanaf vliegveld IGU was goed geregeld en gratis.

Cons:

Alles was naar wens.

Buen hotel que necesita mantenimiento
Pros:

La atención del personal, el desayuno, la ubicación.
Las camas y almohadas, muy cómodas.
Pudimos sacar excursiones en el mismo lobby del hotel.
En la noche, tienen un buffet de sopas.

Cons:

Me parece que tienen que actualizar las habitaciones. Hay cosas desgastadas que no se condicen con un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Urgente: cambien el aire acondicionado de la habitacion 107. No se puede dormir con ese ruido.

O café da manhã é muito bom!
O sistema de estacionamento também! A recepção é satisfatória.

Cons:

A acomodação bem ruim! O banho frio pela manhã. A água quente é muito ruim. Não tem vazão e não esquenta.
Nosso andar vários barulhos na madrugada! A acústica ruim do quarto!

Buena experiencia, buena zona cómoda y segura.
Pros:

Linda la habitación, sólo muy oscura, una ventana muy chiquita que daba a un pozo, los chicos que reciben en la entrada y salida excelentes, pagué en efectivo cuando ingresé.

Cons:

Contról remoto de la tele no funcionaba, lo cambiaron pero tampoco funcionó, tenias que acercarte para que tuviera señal.
La habitación quedó disponible desde las 15 hs. del día domingo teniendo pago hasta el lunes por la mañana, pagué un día más porque el avión salia a las 18.45 hs. ni siquiera tuvieron una atención, había consumido dos agua mineral, una cerveza y unas papas en lata, ni un agua de cortesía, el resto muy bien.
