The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).

TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.

For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.

Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very nice accomodation with some flaws
Pros:

Very good value for money and comfy hotel in a central location. Bars and restaurants in walking distance.
Apparently, there is some refurbishment works going on, so furniture is going to be renewed.

Cons:

The breakfast room felt rather cramped - people were unintentionally bumping into each other, the tables were standing extremely close to each other and to the buffet.
The outside pool area is very nice, regrettably there was unidentifed foam floating on the water. For our standards, this made the pool unusable.

Sem medo de errar, hotel espetacular
Pros:

Gostei das pessoas. Todas. Serviço excelente em todas as áreas: recepção, café da manhã, limpeza do quarto etc. Café muito diferenciado, com inúmeras opções. Localização excelente.

Hotel confortável
Pros:

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, com restaurantes, farmácia, mercado, e todo o comércio bem próximo. As instalações são confortáveis e tudo estava sempre muito limpo. Área da piscina é muito agradável e conta com serviço de bar. Possui restaurante com pratos saborosos e preço justo. O café da manhã é muito bem servido. Os colaboradores são todos muito educados e solícitos, e estavam sempre prontos para ajudar os hóspedes.

Gostei muito da acomodação. O quarto era bem confortável e o café da manhã maravilhoso.

Cons:

O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza da roupa de cama. Quando chegamos tinham algumas manchas nos lençóis.
