The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).
TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.
For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Frühstück war ganz ok

Cons:

Beim Check in waren nicht besonders freundlich, wir haben unsere Schlüssel bekommen und sind hochgefahren um zu erfahren dass die ganze Etage renoviert wird. Also: Staub und Lärm überall und jederzeitvpb 9:00 bis 17:00 Uhr. Ich denke, das sollte erwähnt werden und auch entweder ein Rabatt im preis oder noch eine Entschädigung dafür zu anbieten. Generell das Hotel ist im Jahren gekommen und Möbel sind ein bisschen alt

Pros:

Ficaram de enviar NF, e não enviaram. Atendimento ruim, Quarto minúsculo. Me trancaram denmtro do estacionamento, coisa horrenda, não tinha como chamar ninguém. Restaurante não cumpre o que você pede.

Quarto. Atendimento. Restaurante. Desinteresse no hóspede. Custo/Benefício. Me trancaram no estacionamento. Não enviaram a NF que prometeram enviar.

Fue solo un día y booking falló en el precio.
Pros:

El desayuno fue agradable

Cons:

En la publicidad de booking decía un precio en pesos y con impuestos incluidos total 105000 mil, y después convirtieron en reales se fue a 116000 mil . Mal servicio.

Pros:

1- Piscina temperada muy linda
2- Trabajadores muy amables, llegue antes de la hora de checking y me dejaron ingresar y guardar mis cosas
3- Buen desayuno

Atendimento incrível. Café da manhã impecável. Piscina bonita.

Cons:

Não acho que vale o valor que cobram. As diárias flutuam muito devido a demanda e já vi diária de 300 reais e diária de 2 mil para o mesmo quarto.

Os quartos são velhos, portas velhas e mal cuidados. Tem buracos e defeitos para todo lado.

Então se você estiver pagando 300 reais. Estará feliz com sua escolha e será bem feliz com o excelente café da manhã.

Se você estiver pagando caro...vai se decepcionar!

Vale ressaltar também que recebe muitos estrangeiros e talvez seja por isso que cobra valores mais altos.

Aequipe de funcionários do hotel é muito boa, atenciosa, prestativa.

Cons:

a cidade estava muito quente, no período que visitei, necessitando do uso do ar condicionado 24 horas por dia, durante a noite o barulho dos aparelhos de ar condicionado incomodam um pouco.

Pros:

muy cómodas instalaciones, piscina agradable, muy buena ambientación en la zona de piscina, con música en vivo, los desayunos muy variados y gustosos, muy bien ubicado con muchas opciones de restaurantes en los alrededores
