Room location was excellent and generally it was comfortable.
The room was a little cold at night and the bed covers a little thin, so an extra blanket would have been nice. One was provided very promptly when we mentioned it to reception, and we used the AC to warm it up before we went to bed.
Also having two pillows per person would be more comfortable. More coat hangers would also be be handy.
Also, the shower is tiny so anyone who is very large would find it difficult to use.
Finally, the head board should be fixed to the bed as every time we turned over, it rattled against the wall.
La atención del personal excepcional, nos han dado todo tipo de facilidades para que la instancia sea agradable y confortable.

Ha estado todo genial todo pero por ponerle una pega diría falta de luces en la habitación y cuando estás en el baño y enciendes la luz se enciende al mismo tiempo el motor del ventilador que provoca un ruido molesto constantemente porque no se puede apagar.

Buena gestión en la reserva del parking.
Al estar alejados en el primer piso no supuso ningún problema la avería del ascensor.
Ubicacion y alojamiento excepcional. Muy buen trato por parte del personal y habitacion muy comoda. Fuimos para ver las Fallas y sin duda estaba cerca de las mas emblematicas.
La zona para aparcar y las calles cortadas. La recepcionista nos recomendó una zona para aparcar gratuito a unos 20 minutos caminando, aun asi estaba cerca.
Todo la ubicacion, las instalaciones y la recepcionista amable super familiar un encanto. Se preocupo por nosotros y nos hizo sentir en casa. Hotel cerca del centro y del museo bellas artes de valencia. Bien comunicado 100% recomendable.
Todo estuvo de 100. Super bien camas comodas habitacion comoda con vistas al museo de artes, calefaccion aire acondiconado, si volvemos repetiremos.

Nos gustó todo. La decoración es preciosa, no faltaba nada, y las camas muy cómodas. La iluminación de todo El apartamento es muy acogedora. El dueño es encantador. Muchas gracias por acogernos tan amablemente, repetiremos, sin duda, y con más tiempo para poder conocer todos los rincones de este bonito pueblo.
Está perfectamente ubicado además la recepción y atención al cliente fue de 10.
