Top Lage, schön, aber limitierter Service und wenig charme.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, gutes Frühstück, schönes Zimmer. Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Cons:

E-Ladestation entgegen des Eindrucks nicht beim Hotel (sehr irreführend und das wurde auch in der persönlichen Nachricht zuvor nicht erwähnt - wenig transparent). Hohe Zusatzkosten Parking. Pool wenig charmant. An der Bar konnte man keine Snacks bestellen, was für diese Hotelkategorie schwach ist. Speisesaal sehr old-school und optisch kühl.

Ein Hauch von Luxus
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, direkt an der Adria! Neben der luxuriösen Ausstattung unseres Zimmers, war insbesondere der Service der Mitarbeiter des Hotels hervorragend. Die Servicekräfte im Restaurant haben durch Ihre Art der Gästebetreuung eine geradezu familiäre Atmosphäre geschaffen. Weiterhin waren die offerierten gastronomischen Angebote sehr schmackhaft. Auch die Rezeption war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

As good as it gets.
Pros:

It’s been done up and it’s been done very, very well. The staff are genuinely great, from the restaurant to reception, from the cleaning staff to the concierge, all have customer focus. It’s impressive.

Cons:

Honestly? Nothing with the hotel. Riccione isn’t really my thing, we were there for others, but the hotel is really, really impressive now compared to what it once was.

Pros:

The newly renovated room was beautiful, modern, and incredibly stylish. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully designed, and finished to a very high standard. The room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Combined with the excellent service and overall atmosphere.

Cons:

The breakfast was generally good, although the bread was a little too hard for our taste.
