Советую, даже настоятельно рекомендую - списаться с отелем за час до брибытия и получить информацию
Pros:

Из персонала мы видели только убощицу.

Cons:

В отель невозможно попасть, информация с кодом от входной двери и от бокса с ключем от номера не высылается, надо звонить, требовать, нервничать, даже ругаться!!! По русски не говорят (несмотря на заявленное), по английски не понимают... Если бы не эстонец, который так же как мы оказался перед закрытой дверью вместе со своей семьей, не знаю чем бы все закончилось... На следующий день другие гости отеля были в такой же ситуации - ждали долго, не менее 40 минут. Надло с этим что-то делать!!!
