When I'm performed registration ant payment thru booking.com.
There was number of unnecessary complications.
Finding, selecting and payment thru booking.com system was ok but, the new staff less reservation logic was really confusing and complicated to understand.
After registering and paying
Alexandri sent me e-mail, booking notification and few long messages inside Booking messaging system. Due to booking implementation on Android phone app it is not possible to select and copy part of message (only the whole text selection from each message is possible), while doing the same task from PC browser has no issues ...
More intuitive way of delivering acces information in more cendensed form in booking messaging, like:

Cons:

Peatusin koos 11-aastase lapsega ja tööreisina, pidime hommikul vara ärkama ja kõrval olen klubi või ööasutus takistas magamist. Helistasime hotelli infosse ja seal vastas turvafirma, kes olukorraga midagi teha ei saanud. Me pole Tartust ja polnud õrna aimugi, et seal möll kõrval. Olime hommikul väga väsinud ja kurnatud. Ei soovita!

Tagasihoiflik majutus
Pros:

Asukoht ja auto tasuta parkimise võimalus. Voodid on mugavad.

Cons:

Apartmentis oli saabudes külm, vannitoapõrand oli väga külm ja kogu vannituba õhkas külma, kraanist sooja vettt pidi ootama kaua. Elutoa seinad mustad, kogu elamine vajab värskendust.
Hommikusöök on väga tagasihoidlik, valik on minimaalne.
