çalışanlar güler yuzluydu
oda genel olarak temizdi (dip köşe yerlerdeki tozlar hariç)
otel sessiz ve güvenliydi
ödemede sorun yaşanmadi fiyat uygundu

Cons:

konumu merkeze yürüyerek 30 dakika ilk günler otobüse nasıl bineceğimimizi de bilmediğimiz için çok yürüdük
(yeni gidecek arkadaşlar otobüse kredi kartı basarak hatta hiçbir şey basmadan dahi binebilirsiniz genelde binenler kart bile basmıyor)
otelle ilgili gerçekten rahatsız olduğum tek şey verdikleri su ısıtıcısinin çok kirli olmasıydı. kullanmak zorunda kaldık.

Pros:

The stay at Hotel Kapistec was excellent from start to finish. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to help, and the service is at a high level. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with excellent insulation and peace for relaxation.
The location is ideal – close to everything I needed, yet quiet and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh products and enough choice.
I would especially highlight the hygiene, as well as the attention to detail – it is clear that the hotel really cares about its guests. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back again!

Biztos visszatérek és a családommal is szívesen szállnék meg itt.
Pros:

Szinte a központban van, mégis egy “eldugott” zsákutcában található a kis szálloda. Parkolóhelyet lehet találni a közvetlen közelében. Kedves személyzet. Tisztaság van és csend. Hangulatos hely.

Cons:

A komfortot és az ottlétet semmilyen módon nem befolyásolja, csak illúzió romboló látvány, hogy rengeteg kapcsoló meg dugaszolóaljzat ki van lazulva. Ez a díszlambéria rögzítőcsavarjait takaró szép kupakokra is igaz.

bizimle ilgilenen çift vardı ve çok iyilerdi her konuda yardımcı oldular nereleri gezebileceğimi kaçta nerenin açıldığını bir çok konuda yardımcı olabileceklerini söylediler çok neşeli güzel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler gerçekten çok çok mutlu olduk içten söylürorum gönül rahatlığı ile gidilebilir sadece temizlik belki biraz biraz eksikti ama geri kalan her şey çok iyiydi

Є достатньо місця для паркінгу.. Зручне ліжко. Хороший вайфай.

Cons:

Типова балканська історія - дуже накурено як в загальних місцях, так і у номері. Душ знаходиться у неопалюваній частині, там дуже холодно було, тому я ним не скористався

Amazing budget hotel within reach of main attractions
Pros:

The couple went out of their way to accommodate us. And it was easy to communicate with them. They were exceptionally nice and helpful!

Cons:

Some small things in the room were broken, but they are spacious and the stay was pleasant.

Pros:

El cuarto estaba bien de aspecto. Tienen flexibilidad para la llegada en el hotel. La recepcionista era maja.

Cons:

Había olor a humedad en el baño. El suelo del cuarto estaba sucio y había un olor a viejo muy desagradable. Además, no nos dieron el ticket del pago.

W całym hotelu zwłaszcza w pokojach okropny zapach "petów". Trzeba pomyśleć o remoncie. Trzeba dokładniej sprzatać.
