Magical chateaux visit
Pros:

We loved the setting, the pool was fantastic especially given the heat wave! The antique furniture was beautiful and the food was delicious. The staff were all really helpful amd welcoming, Jerome gave us wine, ham and cheese when we arrived late in the evening. We loved the tour of the wine cellars and learning about the family history from the delightful and friendly guide. Fabrice was very helpful with all our enquiries and very welcoming. We would definitely love to visit again.

Cons:

The bathroom was slightly dated but clean and in good condition. Some extras such as shampoo and a larger kettle in our room for coffee would have been ideal.

Unique experience in great place
Pros:

The chateaux is beautiful and staying there is an unforgettable experience.
You can do vineyard tour and tasting session as well. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast is a bit boring and repeatable everyday with a little choice.

Bel hôtel dans cette ancienne bâtisse bien entretenue au milieux des vignes. Très bon restaurant

Cons:

Impossible de dormir dans les chambres du rez de chaussée. La porte n'est pas du tout insonorisée (modèle bas de gamme de grande surface) et on entends tout le monde sortir et entrer. Même la lumière passe sous la porte. Cela ne correspond pas du tout au standing de l'hôtel. La piscine est désaffectée alors qu'elle apparaît toujours comme équipement de l'hôtel.

Bonne étape dans notre périple dans le vignoble bordelais
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses. La restauration est très bonne.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas pu visiter la cave et déguster le vin de la propriété ! Dommage de faire tant de kilomètres et de ne pas pouvoir découvrir le vignoble.
La restauration de l'établissement a été faite avec des matériaux un peu trop neufs pour cette belle bâtisse....
