Pros:

The staff were super friendly and very helpful, the hotel is in a great location and the rooms were plenty adequate for our short stay. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Perfekt läge nära både tågstationen och hamnen (Bra utgångsläge för dagar i Cinque Terre med tåg mellan byarna)
Gulligt bemötande och smidigt med dialog vid sen ankomst (nycklar utan personal på plats)

Cons:

Lite märklig konst på väggar mm men helt klart annorlunda och personligt. Lite kallt i rummet då vi var där tidigt på säsongen (april)

Struttura eccellente
Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione privilegiata e centralissima. Vi si accede attraverso un vicolo che lo collega con la via principale e più frequentata della città, immergendosi quasi per magia in uno spazio di quiete. La struttura è molto bella sia esternamente, che internamente: le camere sono pulite e arredate con gusto. Sia i proprietari, che la ragazza che ci ha accolti, sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Non posso che consigliare di soggiornare qui, se si ha intenzione di trascorrere dei giorni a La Spezia.

I had a fabulous stay and would go back again, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location was absolutely fantastic, a short walk from the train station, in the heart of the town but tucked away.
The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and it was great to be able to drop off luggage early in the day on arrival and leave luggage after checking out.

Pros:

Super nice brothers run the place with enthusiam. It was a pleasure chatting with them. It is located off main street down an alley into a charming courtyard. Very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Do not expect high end. You are paying super reasonable rates for a great location. Decor a little sparton if you care about stuff like that.
