Pros:

L’hôtel est situé en plein milieu du centre-ville, idéal pour se promener le soir, prendre un verre et manger avant de rentrer. Il est aussi à quelques minutes de la gare, parfait pour aller visiter les cinque terre. Le personnel est très sympathique et donne des conseils pour le séjour.

Cons:

L’hôtel se trouve dans la ZTL. Pas idéal si vous arrivez en voiture. Le parking gratuit que nous avons trouvé le plus proche est à 30 minutes de marche.

Une très belle expérience !
Pros:

Très belle surprise ! L’accueil fut très chaleureux, l’établissement est tenu par une famille très sympathique qui parle très bien français. Nous étions dans la maison, elle est très spacieuse, la literie est confortable et c’est hyper calme. Situé en plein cœur de la rue piétonne la plus animée, à 10 min à pied des bateaux pour les 5 Terres, la localisation est parfaite. Bref je recommande :)

Cons:

Quelques finitions à revoir dans la maison mais rien de bien méchant :)

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel: nonostante fosse al centro della città non si sentivano i rumori della movida.
Molto carina la stanza, personalizzata da un graphic designer.
Ampio e funzionale il bagno: non ce lo aspettavamo!
La cosa più bella però è stata l'accoglienza da parte di Anna: ci siamo sentiti coccolati, come se fossimo a casa.
E ci ha dato anche alcune "dritte" che hanno reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno a La Spezia.
Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Hôtel à l'ambiance sympathique.
Pros:

Petit hôtel familial, très bien situé au calme dans une petite impasse tout en étant au cœur de la ville de La Spezia. On a aussi aimé la présence d'un personnel sympathique, aimable et très serviable: l'un d'entre eux parle couramment le français.

Cons:

À noter que le service du petit-déjeuner n'est plus disponible depuis le début de l'année.

Pros:

The location was superb.A quiet courtyard just off the Main Street which had all the cafes, bars and restaurants.
The hotel and been decorated throughout by an artist whose drawings adorned almost every wall.Very original

Cons:

It was only a small hotel, eight bedrooms which was fine up to a point.
The staff who we met ,three ,were lovely people but it was very rare to see anyone on reception during the day and never at night.
This wasn't really a problem to us but other people might find it to be one.

O ar condicionado não resfriava o suficiente. A orientação quanto às opções de estacionamento poderiam ser mais precisas. Pagamos muito mais do que poderíamos ter pago no estacionamento.

Pros:

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Lieu très agréable, fleuri, reposant, tout en étant en plein centre historique de La Spezia, dans une impasse très calme. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques, ils nous ont guidés dans nos recherches. Je vous recommande cet hôtel.
