Wonderful stay. Attentive staff.
Pros:

Our group of five women stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable, bright and airy. There was an eclectic mix of artwork giving the space real character. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed.
The bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped with good-quality toiletries, and the hotel has a clear focus on sustainability throughout. Beds were very comfortable.
There’s also a simple but charming outdoor area, perfect for sitting and relaxing in the evening after a day out.
What truly stood out was the staff. Every person we encountered was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Anna and Guillermo, who made our stay even more memorable with their kindness and attentiveness.
The location couldn’t be better as it is just off the main shopping street in La Spezia and within easy walking distance of everything you need including the market, numerous cafes and the pier. It’s also worth asking about the fascinating and colourful history of the building!
A great stay and a place we would definitely return to.

Séjour très agréable et localisation pour profiter de la Spezia et des Cinque Terre

La proximité du centre-ville, mais hôtel situé au fond d’une petite impasse (trop mignon 🥰) garantissant calme et tranquillité.
Accueil hyper chaleureux, les gérants étaient étaient au petit soin.

I loved the tourist attractions the hotel staff recommended.

Cons:

​The room was infested with mosquitoes, and I got so many bites.
​Being on the first floor made it very noisy; I could hear everything from people chatting on the outdoor chairs.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé derrière la rue commerçante avec ses boutiques et nombreux restaurants, proche de la gare centrale et du port, néanmoins calme.
Guillaume nous a réceptionné et conseillé dans nos visites. Toujours à l'écoute et disponible pour rendre service dans un parfait français.
L'équipe est vraiment sympathique et agréable.

My impression was of nice owners but perhaps not very experienced in the hotel business.
Pros:

The location was good, once you found the little vincolo. The Memory restaurant next door to the property was charming, with friendly and efficient staff.

Cons:

The man on reception asked my for my PIN number when I was paying by DD and was surprised when I refused and asked to put it in myself. I said that no-one had ever asked me to tell them my PIN before. The directions from the railway station could have been clearer. There is no sign on Via Prione till very near the hotel, and it would be helpful to know it takes 10-15 mins to walk it. The decor, with graffiti and black circles on the walls and ceiling looked like the outline of an idea to be completed by a professional artist later. The writing on each room door was awful. Sorry!

Pros:

Está molt ben situat i alhora és molt tranquil perquè està en un carreró. És un hotel petit però bufó. El personal súper amable. Tot estava tal com ho esperava.

Cons:

Les habitacions són molt petites perquè l'edifici és antic i no fins per més. Només vaig trobar a faltar acondicionador de cabell. Per la resta un 10.

Pros:

The location, the team could not have been more helpful. Was tucked away off main street in quiet little courtyard. Owners told us the history of the hotel and proudly explained the art work throughout.
We were given recomendations for dinner and breakfast.
Greeted warmly when coming and going, they made our stay special in such a beautiful location!

Это был один из самых тёплых приёмов за всё время наших путешествий.
Нам были очень рады и мы почувствовали себя желанным гостями.
Сама гостиница небольшая и очень уютная, расположена в самом центре города, но на тупиковой улице, что создаёт дополнительный уют и тишину в ночное время. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха: мини-холодильник, кондиционер, чайник и чашки, чай и кофе. В ванной фен, биде, хороший напор воды.
Ребята на ресепшене подскажут, куда сходить, съездить и ответят на любой вопрос и с радостью помогут построить интересный маршрут.
Обязательно вернёмся ещё!

Muy bien ubicada, cerca de la estación de tren, muy cerca de la calle principal pero a la vez escondida y protegida . La atención realmente es excepcional, nos atendieron como en ningún otro lugar. Nos dieron muchos consejos para optimizar nuestra estadía y conocer los 5 pueblos. Muchos tips recomendaciones para comer. Además muy flexibles con el check in. Realmente estamos fascinados con ellos.
