Welcoming, charming, and makes you want to go back and stay longer
Pros:

I loved my stay in this wonderful hotel, it is a real gem and located in the centre of La Spezia. From the minute I arrived I experienced exceptional customer service from William and his brother Peter who are the heart of the hotel, and I even met Papa.
The fantastic artwork throughout the hotel adds a very interesting dimension and I certainly enjoyed pondering the designs and images in my loft room, which was very comfortable and had the added bonus of tea/coffee for an early morning brew. I would highly recommend a stay here, its like a warm hug.

Fabulous hosts and location
Pros:

The hosts Petro,Guglielno&Anna were fantastic, made us feel so welcome and at home . No request , questions or help was too much. Fabulous small boutique hotel.

Cons:

Lack of cupboard space but made do.

Centrale ligging, het ontbijt en het kunstproject van Andrea Bianconi maakte het verblijf aangenaam
Pros:

Het hotel had zelf geen ontbijfaciliteiten, maar we konden met een door hotel aangeboden kortingsbon in een nabijgelegen horecagelegenheid "Memory" van ons ontbijt genieten.
Het Boutique hotel "No~ve~cen~to" ligt centraal tussen de haven en het station en dat was een groot pluspunt bij een bezoek aan de 5 Terre. Het 3 koppige personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en pro-actief.

Cons:

Een kleine opmerking zou kunnen zijn: meer ophangmogelijkheden voor het drogen van je badhanddoeken. Dat was karig. Voor de rest waren we dik tevreden na ons korte verblijf, maar we komen zeker terug.

Emplacement parfait, en plein centre de La Spezia, dans une petite cour donc très calme.

Pros:

Personalet var super flinke og kom med fremragende ideer til alternativ tur - stol på dem og følg dem. Det var bare rigtig godt og ikke så turister som alt andet i det område

Great location and delightful hosts.
Pros:

Hotel location is great. The hosts are delightful, very helpful, friendly and professional. The room was a good size, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has lovely shuttered windows that open for fresh air. It is a short walk from the train station and close to everything

Cons:

You need to look for the sign outside the alleyway to find the hotel. A small point.

Cons:

Room needed some renovation, plug did not seem to work in bathroom, flush in toilet needed some attention, paint peeling and very small shower.

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location, safe area, comfortable bed, everything that can be needed is there, super nice stuff, no noise from the outside.

Cons:

Poor soundproofing, I could hear my neighbors very well, but I was so tired after hikes so it didn't disturb me much.
