שירות ברמה גבוהה, ספא נהדר , מסעדת המלון טובה מאוד.

היה ריח מוזר בחדר, יכול להיות מהחומרי ניקוי , אבל פתחנו חלון לאוורור וזה עזר.
לא היה מים בחדר, רק מיני בר.

Leventét es Zsombort ki szeretném emelni mert rajtuk érződött hogy szívvel végzik a munkájukat es szeretnek ott dolgozni.

Szülinapot kivételesen egy vidéki 5 csillagos helyen szerettem volna ünnepelni külföld helyett, de sajnálatos módon csak az épület méltó az 5 csillagra, a személyzet mélyen alulmúlta az elvárásokat es a tapasztalataim alapján nem érzik át, hogy miről szól a vendéglátás ebben a minőségben. Első napon wellness bárban volt részünk egy nagyon rideg es kellemetlen szervizben, 3 órányi vezetés után más elvárások voltak ettől a helytől. Ezt követte a tragikomédia további részei, wellness részlegen nem működött az egyik szauna ami természetesen megtörténhet bármikor ( es tisztelet mert sikerült másnapra helyreállítani ), recepciós kolléga ajánlotta a kültéri szaunát alternatív megoldásnak, de amikor felmentem es teljesen kihűlve találtam es vissza mentem hogy érdeklődjek, hogy esetleg ott is valami nem látott gond van, majd emlitette, hogy elfelejtették bekapcsolni az nap de rögtön felmelegszik. Ezután be sétáltam a bio szaunába ahol nem volt bent víz, gondoltam feltoltom a tárolót, de annak egy óriási lyuk volt az alján es ki omlott minden víz belőle ahogy töltöttem… Ezután kértünk vasalást ami komoly kihívásnak bizonyult a recepciós kolléga testbeszéde alapján de sikerült több kevesebb sikerült megoldani, annyi gond volt, hogy gyűröttebben kaptam vissza az ingeket mint ahogy oda adtam…szóval sajnos ez rányomta a bélyegét a szülinapi ünneplésnek.

Másnap este este 8 órára volt foglalásunk vacsorára, ahova 15 perc késéssel érkeztünk, elnézést is kértem a kellemetlenség miatt, mire az étteremvezető/ helyettes (?) a háttérből fel hangosan mormogással jelezte hogy a szakácsoknak 9kor haza kell menniük mert messze laknak…majd hangosan szóló zene szurodott at a konyhából az étterembe, elképesztő , hogy egy ilyen minőségű helyen ezt kellett tapasztalni…

A hely gyönyörű de sajnos kiábrándító volt ez a minőség amit a személyzet nyújtott, de látván a vezető viselkedését nem is meglepő…
