Pros:

The staff was really great and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The spa was also really great and the restaurant was excellent especially the dinner.

Cons:

Although the rooms were clean, there were a few marks on the wall and chipped paint. I understand that it's probably because they have a lot of guests but I'd expect a place this fancy and expensive to pay attention to these little details. The bar at the spa was awful, they served us warm whiskey and a gin tonic that did not have any gin in it and on top of that we had to pay around 60€ for those two drinks and a bottle of wine. Bit of a ridiculous price when you're already paying so much.

Pros:

A masszázs nagyon jó volt.

Cons:

Elsőre nem olyan szobát kaptunk amit kifizettünk. Később kaptunk másikat.
A szobában nem lehetett bezárni a fürdőszoba ajtaját, a sarokban az állólámpa felett egy hatalmas pókháló volt.
Nem most szőhette szegény pók aki amúgy nem mutatkozott.
Az étteremben a pincér nem engedte hogy oda üljünk ahova szeretnénk, a megrendelt szénsavas víz helyett mentes vizet hozott. Sok apró figyelmetlenség ami egy 5 csillagos szállodában nem megengedhető.
Tavaly óta esett a színvonal.

Letisztult elegancia, tökéletes vendéglátás
Pros:

Ár-érték arányban a TOP3 5 csillagos hotelek közé tartozik Magyarországon. Elhelyezkedését tekintve a történelmi Tokaji-borvidék szívében található, remek túrákat lehet tenni innen a környéken (pl. Hercegkút - Kőporosi Pincesor, Megyerhegyi tengerszem, Boldogkőváralja, Sátoraljaújhely - Zempléni Kalandpark, Sárospatak - Rákóczi vár, Encs - Anyukám Mondta, stb.). Az étterme pedig kifogástalan minőségű.

Very nice hotel to explore Tokaj wine region.
Pros:
