We had a great time in the heart of Viljandi.
Pros:

We loved the hotel's interior design. The colors used were a breath of fresh air, in contrast to the boring, gray Scandinavian color palette of many hotels. I really liked that we didn't encounter any pets at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We enjoyed it.
