The SPA and fitness area are open from 2.00 pm to 8.30 pm. In the morning is open only for massages on request. The SPA is available upon reservation for a maximum use time of 1 hour per day. It will be at the discretion of the SPA staff to evaluate the stay beyond this time slot.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.

tutto sommato era ok, le cose erano poche ma per lo più buone, avrei preferito più frutta.
Poi l'unica cosa 'calda' che c'era (uova e pancetta) era gelata, infatti l'ho presi solo una volta e basta

třetí postel ve velkém pokoji /junior suite/ nebyla postel, ale přistýlka. Nespalo se na ni moc dobře. Na snídani pouze bílý a tmavý chléb, žádné jiné pečivo.
In generale ci siamo trovati molto bene durante il nostro soggiorno. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti fin da subito.
Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la spa, davvero curata e rilassante, così come la pulizia delle camere, impeccabile. Eravamo al quarto piano e la temperatura era perfetta: anzi, abbiamo persino abbassato i caloriferi perché faceva leggermente caldo, segno di un ottimo comfort.
La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona. Anche la colazione ci ha soddisfatto molto: buffet ricco e vario, con in più la possibilità di avere piatti preparati al momento, come spremute fresche e omelette alla Nutella.
Nel complesso, un’esperienza davvero positiva che consiglieremmo senza esitazioni.
Innanzitutto, abbiamo trovato un po’ eccessivo il costo di 20€ al giorno per il cane, soprattutto considerando che non viene fornito alcun servizio dedicato: non erano presenti né cuccia né snack o altri piccoli accorgimenti che avrebbero reso il soggiorno più adeguato anche per chi viaggia con animali. Avendo un cane molto piccolo e tranquillo, che non sporca e non crea disagi, ci è sembrato un costo poco proporzionato rispetto a quanto offerto.
Inoltre, ci ha un po’ deluso la dotazione della TV in camera: era presente una televisione standard, ma senza funzionalità Smart. Oggi avere accesso a piattaforme come Netflix o simili è abbastanza comune, anche in strutture di categoria inferiore, quindi sarebbe un miglioramento apprezzato.
Si tratta comunque di dettagli, ma che potrebbero fare la differenza nell’esperienza complessiva.
