It was absulutely great!👌
Pros:

The service team was extremely professional, helpful and kind.
Really good Spa section, good breakfasts, functional transfer from hotel to slopes, interesting experience at a dinner in hotel restaurant.

Cons:

Not well equipped gym.

Pros:

Beautiful property well located 600m from lift with good shuttle service if required. Breakfast was great lots of choice . Staff were very friendly

Cons:

We arrived as a group of 17 on a Sunday and they had run out of Beer on tap. Still didn’t have beer on tap on the Thursday when we left.

Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly, and it truly is an excellent place. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic, with a great selection and high quality. We especially appreciated the hotel shuttle, which quickly and conveniently takes you to the cable car station and brings you back as well. The little details and small gestures create such a wonderful overall impression. We felt amazing during our stay and will be very happy to return again.

Pros:

Innanzitutto voglio fare i miei complimenti al personale sia della Reception che a quello di sala.
La struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta.

Cons:

La piscina della SPA era accessibile anche ai bambini ( persino neonati) con conseguente confusione all'interno. Ad un certo punto eravamo talmente tanti che siamo dovuti uscire.

Pros:

The staff is super helpful and polite. We went to a skiing trip so the hotel offers shuttle to every ski lift in Madonna area and it was awesome as our friends stayed in other hotel and they did not had that option to go anywhere where they wanted. You have to book a time for the SPA but as we were skiing everyday until the last lift we still had a chance to go to the SPA when we came back to the hotel. Breakfast is great as it is in Italy.

Cons:

The rooms which are near elevators are super noisy. And the hotel guests were super noisy too., but probably it is a cultural thing.

From 1/5 Star (Frustated first impression) to 4/5 stars (Impressing experience)
Pros:

This is probably one of the most unusual reviews I have ever written. On the first day (check-in day), I went to bed fully intending to give this hotel 1 star and leave a negative review due to my initial frustration. The main reason I chose this hotel was the balcony and its view (according to the photos of THE ROOM WE CHOSE on Booking.com), and neither we nor our friends were given rooms with a balcony and view. This was extremely frustrating.

However, throughout the week, we were truly impressed by how well we were treated by all the friendly staff, especially Adriana, Pietro, Micaela, Eleonora, Giuseppe (the owner), and Gerson. I don’t think I have ever been treated so well at a hotel by people who were genuinely happy and kind. Combined with the rest of the hotel’s excellent facilities (SPA, Garage to leave Ski Equip., Free Transportation to Slopes, etc…), it became impossible to give just 1 star.

It was an incredible week, and this hotel is excellent (Specially if you get lucky and get the rooms with a balcony view)! I will definitely be back next year. Thank you from your Brazilian friend — you were amazing.

Cons:

1: The room we received (me and my friends) did not have a balcony with a view. Either a balcony with the view of a roof as it was the last floor, ou no balcony at all and small windows. But I must say the room itself was very big and confortable.
2: The box to have a shower was impressively small.

Härlig vistelse!
Pros:

Trevlig personal och hög service- anda. Fantastiskt att bli körd till och från vald lift. God mat av hög klass ( halvpenion). Fräscht och trevligt spa med bra bokningssystem. Trevlig bar-del med afterski snack och på fredagen levande musik hela kvällen. Kommer gärna tillbaka

Lite lyhört, dock bodde vi precis vid hissen..
