Fatalna organizacja.
Zarezerwowaliśmy i zapłaciliśmy przez booking za nocleg ze śniadaniem dla 4 dzieci i 3 dorosłych w sumie 3 pokoje. Po dotarciu na miejsce w recepcji okazało się, że mamy nocleg tylko dla 6 osób. Prosiliśmy tylko o jakąś dostawkę o byłoby ok, bo mieliśmy już wszystko zapłacone.
Po nerwowej sytuacji na recepcji z wielką łaską znaleziono wolny pokój tuż obok pozostałych za który musieliśmy dodatkowo zapłacić wraz ze śniadaniem.
Nie polecam tego obiektu.
Basen mały, zimna woda a restauracja ceny jakby w centrum miasta.

Úplne všetko. Velmi príjemný ľudia sú tu personál tak isto . Kuchyňa výborná a ranajky ani nehovorim. Určite sa sem ešte vratime 😊

Cons:

Jedine čo mu chybalo na izbe bola rýchlovarná kanvica. Keďže sme boli s menším dieťaťom . Ktorý ešte ráno pije mlieko umelé . Tak len jedine to to by som vytkla ale inak všetko super. Ochotný personál nám vzdy vodu zohrial 😊

Pros:

breakfast is from 7:30 - for service guys a bit late - but I got a great lunch box instead.

despite the fact, restaurant was closed, I got offered a meal (which they prepared for their stuff) and it was delicious

Rodzinny i udany, zamierzamy jeszcze wrócić, tym razem latem.
Pros:

Wszystko. Obsługa bardzo miła, rozpieszcza gości. Pokój, łazienka, restauracja, jedzenie. Smacznie, wygodnie, zgodnie z oczekiwaniami o jakich pisali poprzedni użytkownicy- wszystko jak było napisane tak było. Jeszcze wrócimy tu w większym gronie, bo naprawdę warto. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy :)

Generalnie czysto i pachnąco, Obiekt jak i personel wspaniali i nie chciałabym nikogo skrzywdzić, ale sugeruję rozważyć przeznaczenie kilku pokoi tylko dla przyjeżdżających ze zwierzętami. Przed nami mieszkał ktoś z psem - sierść powbijana w wykładzinę. Zauważyliśmy dopiero następnego dnia pobytu. Nasza wina, bo nie dopytaliśmy przed zamieszkaniem, czy jest takie ryzyko. Lubimy zwierzęta, ale z powodu astmatyka/alergika w rodzinie takich nie posiadamy.
