Pros:

Staff (one person) nice, help with luggage to the third floor as there are NO elevators.
Only 3 tight parking spots in front of the hotel, so if you arrived late you'll find no parking, and look for a spot on the street within 100 yards radius
No free breakfast either.

Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable beds. There is a public transport bus stop close, so you can get fast to the old town.

Cons:

The parking has only 5 park places. The shower was broken. No elevator so you have to carry your baggage to third floor. The pillows are very thin and uncomfortable. The carpet is very old and dirty. We couldn't turn on the fridge. The AC tube is led through the window so it is open all day and night.

Pros:

Good location, close to the city center and highway

Cons:

No AC.
Filthy room, very dirty carpet, hair on the floor, rusty towel support, old and overused toilet seat, smelly bathroom.
Booked the room for two people, got only one pillow. The second pillow was in thhe closet, with no cover on, i had to use one of my t-shirts to cover the second pillow.
The restaurant is across the street at the other hotel owned by the same owner. There's no crosswalk :)

Good impressions. Highly recommend
Pros:

Big, nice, clean room. Very comfortable bed. Convenient bathroom. Good internet speed. Quiet. On reception - good english.

Cons:

Underground parking. Entrance tricky. If car longer than 4.50-4.70 even don’t try to enter. Hotel has parking space outside, park there.
Inside underground parking be extremely careful. There is some construction protruding. Parking sensors and cameras cannot detect it. It marked in bright yellow , just need to be very carefull
