Fui personalmente a pedir habitación pRa mi mire,discapacitada,me hicieron pagar más caro porq esa habitación prepRD era de mas categoría y resultó que no era así. Mi madre no se pudo bañar en los 3 días que estuvo, tuvimos wue comprarle un adaptador del inodoro. Un desastre todo por la mal información del personal

nada, no pude usar la reserva

Cons:

la gente del area de reservas no escuchan al cliente. Tuve un problema con la reserva y le tiraron el tema a booking y booking les tiro el tema a ellos. Final de la historia, ambos cobraron por una reserva que no se uso. Nunca mas reservo en este hotel ni tampoco por booking.

Algunos detalles de mantenimiento, por ejemplo en la piscina el barrote está roto, en la pared hay partes de la decoración, el verde artificial, que está colgando. En la habitación los tirantes de los cajones están flojos. Son detalles que hacen la diferencia

Cons:

Había pulgas en las camas de dos habitaciones, y el personal no fue de ayuda. Al final nos cambiaron una de las habitaciones pero sin disculpas. En general el personal con es agradable. La limpieza era deficiente.

방에 텔레비젼이 스마트 티비가 아니였어요.
그래서 보고 싶었던 영상을 보지 못했어요.
