Receptionists are scammers!
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. And I was able to check-in early because the room was ready when I arrived. But that's pretty much it.

Cons:

Room looks really dated. I was planning to have a bath but found a lot of women's hair on the tub, so I took a shower, instaed. Very difficult to mix hot and cold water, it's either it becomes too cold or too hot. And worst of all, the male receptionist during my checkout date (8 Feb) at 6am asked me to pay another city tax. I explained to him that I already paid for it when I checked-in, and he said that I should also paid for it for the day I check out. I paid for it because I needed to catch my flight. I read up about the city tax on the way to the airport, and it specifically said "per person, per night"! So he had just scammed me! I know it was only just $1.5 but the fact that receptionists scam customers is just unacceptable.

Comfortable hotel
Pros:

Comfortable hotel. Had quite xxx a nice indoor pool. Easy access to Recoleta and theatre district plus good transport links to other parts of the city.
Room was comfortable and breakfast was satisfactory.

Personal extraordinario en un hotel encantador.

La atención del servicio fue extraordinario.
Desde el momento de nuestra llegada nos encontramos con un personal sumamente amable y atento en la recepción.
La zona en la que se encuentra el hotel es ideal, ya que se encuentra cerca del centro turistico y de mucho acceso a subtes y metro buses lo que hace que sea muy fácil moverse en la ciudad.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas que garantizan un excelente descanso. El desayuno es muy bueno con opciones saladas y dulces.

El servicio de SPA no esta en funcionamiento.
