El personal tanto de recepción, como de restaurante Mayte es un amor atenta y profesional y todos en general en la barra muy atentos y rápidos y en animación muy implicados , la ubicación, las camas muy cómodas, el parking gratuito

Que está enfocado al turismo Inglés, las bebidas no son muy buenas, no tenían carta de vinos para poder pedir en restaurante todo de grifo,los snacks de por la tarde solo hay cosas fritas y cuatro cosas muy pobre, el tener que llevar tiquets para las bebidas

The worst hotel in ibiza
Pros:

Location is ok, but this is not 3 stars hotel.

Cons:

Every day the same food which taste like plastic.
Only coffee was nice.
Place is Very noisy at night so it was hard to sleep , air conditioning not working, elevator always busy.

Buen servicio, bien situado. Necesita renovar los baños.
Pros:

El desayuno está bien, muy completo. Y la piscina está muy bien.

Cons:

La calidad del café y los zumos en el desayuno. Muy malos. Eran de máquina al ser un hotel muy grande. Y en nuestro caso el baño se veía a medio renovar y una baldosa del suelo medio rota. Y se escucha todo de las habitaciones de al lado.

Lovely hotel. We would return.
Pros:

Really lovely and helpful staff. The hotel was clean. Food was great. Bar staff under a lot of pressure and busy from morning until night.

Cons:

Disappointed to see the usual towel wars around the pool. Towels down all day and no one near them. People leaving the towels and going off the beach only to come back hours later.
Towels on beds by 7am with no one near them.
Would be nice for the hotel to do something about this.

Czystość w obiekcie, miła obsługa dobre obiady i kolacje

Cons:

Brak wazyw na sniadanie, sniadania raczej mało dietetyczne. Siłownia w bardzo słabej jakości i rano zamknięta.Słaba jakość kawy.

Een aanrader! Zeer goed hotel!
Pros:

Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Elke dag ontzettend veel keus bij het ontbijt, lunch en avond eten. Erg lekker gegeten.
Mooi groot zwembad en fijne ligbedjes.

Cons:

Het enige verschil wat mijn man en ik hadden is dat hij het matras van het bed te hard vond maar ik deel die mening niet dus is maar net wat je prettig vind.

We had an amazing holiday and came back from this hotel absolutely delighted! First of all, huge thanks to the activities team – especially Adrian and the two girls – they were absolutely incredible. Always full of energy, friendly, positive and truly engaged with the guests. They made every day fun and unforgettable!

The food was amazing – a huge variety, everything fresh, delicious and perfectly prepared. Every meal was a pleasure and there was something for everyone.

The hotel itself deserves the highest rating – beautiful, very clean, well maintained, with a fantastic atmosphere and wonderful staff. Everything was perfectly organised and taken care of down to the smallest detail.

These were one of the best holidays we’ve ever had and we would definitely love to come back again! ❤️

Un ottimo hotel tre stelle superior

La struttura pulita è ben curata anche nei dettagli.
La colazione ottima e molto variegata.

Cons:

Non hanno pulito la stanza un giorno dei 5 della nostra permenza. Una dimenticanza.
