Pros:

7-11 next to the hotel lobby

Cons:

Poor cleanliness(urine stain on toilet seat when checked in, hair on bed sheet);
No disposal slippers (either bring your own or wear the shared ones available in the room);
Stayed for 2 nights, staff did not make up the room during the day (not even bothered to empty the bin in the room even it was full - level of service is appalling);
Room heated up to 35 degrees in the afternoons due to west facing windows - turning the room into ovens, and ventilation control in the room did not work);

Good stay
Pros:

Comfortable room, good location for local art and Chinatown and Metro station, bus stops.

Cons:

Restaurant was closed from 9pm, so had to use 7 Eleven on site, not good selection of food.

Pros:

The room was neat and bed was comfortable. Standard room. Carpet a bit stained. The main hall very attractive and welcoming. Breakfast was expensive but very good and deliscious. Restaurant in the same complex. Location was not ideal but close to Incheon Cruise port. Chinatown was walking distance. Not too many stores, mostly local restaurants. SEOUL was quite a distance. Worthbthe drive! very easy to get a taxi, staff helped and very pleasant. Fairly priced.

Easy walkable distance to Chinatown & Jayju Pk which both exceeded our expectations even on soggy day. Breakfast buffet again was more than we hoped, which is always a pleasant surprise.

Leider hat es an dem Tag nur geregnet, so dass wir leider nicht raus konnten und daher die Lage nicht ganz beurteilen können.
