Un horror, este hotel bajo ningún criterio puede ser considerado como un cuatro estrellas.
Pros:

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la localización

Cons:

Agradable si se esmeran un poco en el servicio de limpieza podríamos repetir
Pros:

Las vistas son increíbles, la cama es muy cómoda , el bufete tenía mucha varíedad , tiene 2 piscinas y otra para niños está muy bien el resort en sí las instalaciones y el personal muy atento

Cons:

Deberían de cambiar las cortinas están muy muy sucias,
La bañera con un poco de óxido
Y en la limpieza diaria solo te hacen la cama y encima mal echa ni te limpian el aseo ni te pasan una escoba nada de nada el servicio de limpieza deja que desear

studio bien équipé, lit confortable, proche commerces et visites de la région , accueil sympa en français , demi pension avec repas bons et variés ,

Localização fácil acesso disposição das habitações

Cons:

Principalmente das refeições pouca variedade, louça bastante suja demora em servir bebidas que eram pagas uma das vezes demorou 30 minutos na sala toda muito má organização limpeza dos quartos deixa um bocadinho a desejar toalhas deixavam as mesmas não trocavam com mais limpeza e organização na parte do restaurante e um bom sítio.

La ubicación y vistas son buenas. No sé aparca mal en la calle.

El buffet es lamentable. El desayuno muy regulero, las cosas que se acababan no las reponían quedando más de una hora, no limpiaban líquidos que se caían al suelo... Y la cena vergonzosa, no había ni agua, las opciones escasísimas, ojalá haber podido ver aunque sea unos nuggets o patatas fritas congeladas.

La limpieza en los 4 días que estuvimos no pasó por la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas. Hay moho entre baldosas o bajo los grifos...

Pros:

La ubicación espectacular. Bonitas vistas y atardecer precioso. Las piscinas muy bien y el buffet también. Buen ambiente en general en el hotel.

Cons:

Las habitaciones necesitan una mano. Huele a humedad y a tubería. El grifo de la cocina funcionaba regular. Los cubiertos están viejos, sucios y son escasos. El desayuno no empieza hasta las 8.00am y nos hubiera gustado desayunar antes ya que en Menorca las calas más famosas se llenan enseguida. La relación calidad-precio creo que no corresponde a lo que se ofrece.
