The housekeeping is good very clean facility

Cons:

The front office is manned by crooks. First we paid for bed and breakfast via booking.com upon checking in we were made to pay breakfast again saying check with booking .com they could have made an error. It was room 216 and 417 it cannot be coincidence that both rooms have an error. 417 we were billed 219usd per night yet it was an ordinary standard room without working tv. Upon checking out we were made to pay 30usd each for an airport shuttle ride in an ordinary normal shuttle that was not even executive. Now upon seating in the shuttle about to go to airport they tell us we must pay another $60usd now for return trip to the airport that was ten minutes away. We ask how you just cleared us at front office then your driver pretends to check a physical paper downstairs not linked to the front office desk and sends us back to the first floor to pay. Day light robbery and fleecing of clients. Room 216 I had paid online $689usd for four nights with bed and breakfast via booking.com only to be told I never paid for breakfast

Staff was really polite and professional at check in and other services. Big 5 Restaurant service, however, needs desperate and major improvement. Service is snails 🐌 slow at best.
