Perfection in Nairobi!
Pros:

Safe. Clean. Friendly staff. The gym and spa is top notch. I always feel safe here as a solo female traveler.

Pros:

Everything was super nice!

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest not to follow, is the offers from travel agency proposed by the hotel for safari etc. They were super expensive, compared to much cheaper and very decent options you could find from Booking.

Comfortable stay in a convenient if busy location.
Pros:

Staff very helpful and rooms are all fine for the cost.

Cons:

Nothing the hotel can do - 2 major roads have been built since the hotel opened. As a result, the location is now very noisy with traffic.

Not too comfortable. No value for money.
Cons:

The room I was allocated was generally an okay room but the shower glass had a leak! The water was going to the floor during a shower. The floor towel outside the bathtub had someone’s hair so it seems the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The pillows were horrible. Not soft and comfy. I woke up in the morning tired and disoriented. Given a choice, I would not really stay with you’ll again.
